Holiday Inn ONTARIO AIRPORT

Excellent staff assistance during the New Years weekend! This hotel is a great find; relatively new and pleasant place to stay!

Has eveything what else do you need! Oh don't forget your suit wonderful outdoor pool.

The staff is amazing. They called to make sure everything was okay upon arriving to my room. Every time I left or returned they greated me. They responded to my requests IMMEDIATELY! They were always friendly and professional. This was my second stay at the hotel and it was one of my best hotel experiences ever. Definitely worth the price. Hotel is clean and smells great. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Taking the highway was necessary for almost all travel.

beautiful hotel, but waited a half hour for shuttle to pick us up. The bed was not a luxury item, pretty but hard. The main problem was bathtub drained very slowly, I took a shower in 2-4 inches of standing water. Skimpy on inroom coffee. Restaurant was ok, sandwich good, but dessert overpriced and not very good.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Mt. Baldy, about a 30 minute drive without snow chains. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though there is nothing special about it. The staff somehow never got around to service our room even though we were gone for hours and the "service please" sign was on the door knob. Well, their tip was proportional to the service. The Convention Center next door might add much color to your stay if you are lucky. There was some Greek festival going on when we were there, and the hotel was teeming with kids in national costumes, practicing their dancing and hopping in the hallways.

Very clean modern Holiday Inn with nice rooms to match. Pleasant staff at check in and check out. Marie Calenders (a nice clean one) is right next door and had a great salad bar. Hotel restaraunt looked good but did not try it. Would return again no problem!

Stayed at this hotel on last minute business trip and it seemed as if it was brand spanking new. The rooms were done in a nice contemporary way..but not odd like some end up. The shower hot water needed to be hotter though, but this could have just been an issue with my room. The alarm clock was cool and could play nature sounds, etc. to go to sleep. It even had a an unobtrusive fridge and microwave. Didn't see any vending machines so paid $2.50 for a soda in the lobby pantry. There may have been some, but I doubt it. I think that's a poor idea and not a net gain to revenue anyway. Great looking restaurant with individual small flatscreen TVs at nice small booths. Can't attest to food or prices.

We usually stay on the raceway premisis but this year we stayed here. It was great hotel for great price!

The staff was so nice. The hotel was clean and net. Even the shuttle drivers were very accommodating. And the food was great.

I felt that the the Hotel was better than advertised and that all my needs were met. The location was perfect and I felt that I could get to my events in a timely and comfortable fashion.
