Not just like home
Room was at end of 2nd floor that sounded like it was 6" from I-10. Fire alarm/strobe went off at 2 am in room. ONE staff in entire hotel on duty at desk. Her only option was to relocate us to another room. She also didn't have authority to adjust room rate. We won't be back unless this is made right, even though it's convenient to the Ontario airport which we fly into to visit friends.

Pleasant stay
We attended multiple events near the hotel. The staff were courteous. The continental breakfast is a welcome treat in the morning after a late night. The beds are comfortable.

Great getaway spot with nice amenities
This was one of the nicer hotels that we stayed in while in Ontario/San Diego. The hotel was clean, well-appointed and offered a really nice breakfast. The location was great off the freeway, staff really friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Short drive from hotel
If you're a shoppaholic, you have to visit Ontario Mills Mall, located less than 1/2 mile from the hotel. Great high-end shopping (Cole Haan, Sax Fifth Avenue Off 5th, etc.) and great restaurants surrounding the mall -- one of the larger, nicer malls in the area!

short stopover
We only were in the hotel for the night, on our way to another destination. Easy check in, well appointed rooms for the price. Front desk staff very friendly. I would stay here again under similar circumstances.

Perfect place, great price
This hotel had everything we wanted:Very friendly, helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room and easy access to the freeway we would take to get to our children's home and other family members. The hotel was located in a place that made us feel safe and not worry about leaving our belongings in the room. We have previously stayed in hotels that did not give us that feeling.
