Not bad
We stayed at this hotel for several days visiting family for Christmas. I think the best part of this hotel is how quiet it is, considering how close it is to the airport! There aren't any restaurants nearby so we had to drive where we wanted to go, which got a bit old seeing as we had been driving all day to get there. The room layout is odd, everything is in one row, so it felt less private than in other hotels we've been at. Also the bathroom door didn't close all the way in our room, and our kids' TV only had every other channel ... little weird things like that. But the rooms are very clean, the beds are reasonably good, and the staff was excellent.

The hotel provides a map and a detailed list of all the nearby restaurants, grocery stores, places to shop, etc. We didn't need it because we are from there but for someone who wasn't from the area it would be wonderful. I have never seen a hotel do that before!

Great location
Great location and near all the shopping malls. Great price, however, I would have preferred a hotel with bigger lobby ie (dining room, bar, room service) and a work out room. I missed all the amenities. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. The first room we were in smelled like urine, and I asked to be moved to another room. The staff were friendly, courteous, accomodating and I would score a 4.5 in service.

the front desk staff was fabulous! very friendly and helpful. We had some minor glitches and they VERY cheerfully fixed them. I was very impressed and thankful.

Elder's Always Right.
Nice place, price can't be beat.
We went to celebrate a sibling's 50th B'day. He lives in the area. It was a surprise party. Most of us from out of town stayed at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was from very helpful to outstanding. Best of all "no smoking", so rooms smell fresh.

There are several very good restaurants in the area. The best for us was Antonino's. Also, visit the vineyards nearby... great wines for the price.

nice stay
Stay here for one night. Very clean. Nice service with breakfast, and free shuttle to airport. Only the AC in the room is too loud.

Excellent Experience
1. Great location,5 minutes in car from the Ontario airport. 2. Simple but clean room. Everything worked. 3. Complimentary wireless internet, super plus. 4. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area and recommend it to friends. 5. Great price.

Clean location with easy freeway access
excellent choice of continental breakfast with plenty of room to sit, eat, and watch tv. excellent lobby, plus rooms were easy to get in and out of. pool was accessible, and it was right off the freeway at a major cross street.
