Great location
Great location and near all the shopping malls. Great price, however, I would have preferred a hotel with bigger lobby ie (dining room, bar, room service) and a work out room. I missed all the amenities. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. The first room we were in smelled like urine, and I asked to be moved to another room. The staff were friendly, courteous, accomodating and I would score a 4.5 in service.

Great getaway spot with nice amenities
This was one of the nicer hotels that we stayed in while in Ontario/San Diego. The hotel was clean, well-appointed and offered a really nice breakfast. The location was great off the freeway, staff really friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Short drive from hotel
If you're a shoppaholic, you have to visit Ontario Mills Mall, located less than 1/2 mile from the hotel. Great high-end shopping (Cole Haan, Sax Fifth Avenue Off 5th, etc.) and great restaurants surrounding the mall -- one of the larger, nicer malls in the area!

Elder's Always Right.
Nice place, price can't be beat.
We went to celebrate a sibling's 50th B'day. He lives in the area. It was a surprise party. Most of us from out of town stayed at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was from very helpful to outstanding. Best of all "no smoking", so rooms smell fresh.

There are several very good restaurants in the area. The best for us was Antonino's. Also, visit the vineyards nearby... great wines for the price.

short stopover
We only were in the hotel for the night, on our way to another destination. Easy check in, well appointed rooms for the price. Front desk staff very friendly. I would stay here again under similar circumstances.
