happy lady
WONDERFUL!
I was in town for a friends birhtday party and wanted to stay close to her home. decided to sytay at the double tree because that is what she recommended and we absolutely LOVED it. my boyfriend and i enjoyed the great customer service and the clean room. so mishaps or disturbances while we stayed there. Thnak you doubletree!

Great place to stay
Went for my step-daughter's high school graduation in Murietta. Staff was very friendly. Refunded the internet connection fee when we told them that we used it to check into our flight and didn't realize they had a computer in the lobby to check in. Resturants were very nice and food was good.

Seminar
Went to Calif for a 3 day Seminar. Had a great time and had the opportunity to meet and talk to the Manager of the Hotel, [...] (misspelled the name I know). He was very nice and we talked for about 1/2 hr. before we left for the Seminar one afternoon.

Nice place!
Very nice place with great rooms for the price. The only hitch was that we had asked for a King bed, non-Smoking. When we went to our room, as soon as I opened the door I was just about knocked over by the smell of cigarettes. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room right away. After that everything went smoothly. The new room was quiet, clean, plenty of hot water and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Loved the big Flat Panel TV...

The good and the scary
The hotel was for the most part excellent. The only issue was the room we were in 3248 had an airconditioning unit that went on like an earthquake with the noise of a hurricane.

Good location
Location was good for the Ontario convention center at which we were attending the AMA Expo - it was also convenient for our visit to the Planes of Fame museum in Chino. We did not however get the type of room we were expecting from our reservation details -the King bed with refer and microwave was replaced with a room having two Queen beds and just a coffee pot so we were a little disappointed at not having the additional amenities we usually enjoy.
