A good stay
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It looked very new and there still was some residue smell of paint in the air. The room was well furnished, very clean, the bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep in, the bathroom was also clean and of decent size, fantastic housekeeping! Big TV along with enough channels for you to flip till your fingers get sore. There wasn't really anything I could find to complain about, it would be a good choice of hotel for a quality rest.

Why can't they all be like this!
Everything was great! I was a little nervous having read reviews about train noise and plane noise. I'm not a very heavy sleeper and never had any issues sleeping through the night. If I'm ever back in Ontario, i'll be staying here.

An Awesome Hotel With Awesome Staff!
What an absolutely great place to stay! I highly recommend it to everyone. All the staff are so incredibly nice. Bill and Amber were the two people that worked at the front desk during my stay. Such nice people! They truly care about their guests and make sure your stay at their hotel is one of the best. And, I cannot say enough great things about Joan, the General Manager. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Talk about dedication to her job and her guests. And, you can tell she loves every bit of it. This lady put in long hours during the recent NASCAR weekend, working the front desk alongside her employees. I’m not sure she ever went home (though she confirmed she did and got a couple hours of sleep)! When there was a glitch with my accommodations (which was no fault of the hotel), Joan went out of her way to make sure I got my room. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Joan! The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are comfy and extremely clean. I mean, they are spotless! Even the grout in the shower was tidy white! The location is very convenient to the Ontario airport, numerous restaurants, and shopping. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Finally a hotel where you feel at home.
something which is missed by most frequent travelers is to feel at home. Our stay here was a welcome change. The warmth of the staff and overall ambiance was spot on. Again, thank you. We will be back.

Great trip
We arrived late at night but were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and, again, the staff was warm and friendly. Would not hesitate to go back!
