Clean and friendly staff!!!
Went for a 2days shopping in California an enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean and friendly staff. In addition to a very nice room that we have, this hotel also offered a great American continental breakfast. Will for sure stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Not the Best
Upon arriving at 8pm, I was told that the electronic key machine wasn't working and that I wouldn't be able to get my key until later. When they took me to the room to leave my luggage, it was the wrong type of room, so I had to return to the desk and get another room assigned. The rooms are pleasant enough, but walls and floors are thin, and windows don't seem to be as good as those at the hotel across the street, as the train and airplane noise was much worse. The breakfast room was pleasant, and the variety of food was good.

Hotel near Ontario convention center
Excellent economy hotel located about 500 yards from the Ontario Convention center. Restaurant on the hotel grounds. Fast Food 1.5 blocks away. Airport is just South on the Hayes avenue exit of the I-10 Freeway. Hotel is two exits west of the Airport, 3 blocks South of the Freeway on Vinyard Ave. [...]

Good experience overall, there is a lot of noise at night, but didnt take into account that the airport is nearby and also a train passes about one block away and its very loud. Breakfast was lacking could have been better

Easy preparation for trip home
My stay was only for sleep and fly, however, the environment, front desk, room, and shuttle service were all very kind and in great condition. The shuttle service even took me to the airport earlier since I was in the lobby early. Very respectful and helpful...everyone. Since I was alone, I appreciated the front desk clerk's willingness to put me close by the lobby for the next morning's "early" exit to the airport. I will definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again. Thank you very much.
