Very nice for the price
Great and comfortable stay. Front counter staff, takes priority answering the phones instead of assisting guest waiting at front counter.

Great for Bar Exam at OCC
Unknowingly booked a king bed which got me a two-room suite! Very spacious, lots of desk space and tables to spread out my law books for study. Also plenty of in-room amenities (m-wave, refer, coffemaker) so I did not have to go out much. Great room and location for taking bar exam at Ontario Conv Center.

Good value
We had a good experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet made our trip much more enjoyable--it gave us more time to actually focus on having fun and enjoying local attractions.

Great hotel with exceptional service. Room was clean and spacious. All staff members were very nice and professional. The only issue we had was there seems to be a lot of families/kids "living" in the hotel and we had problem with late night noise such as loud music and talking. But management quickly took care of the problem every time we called the front desk. It just concerned us that we had to call just about every night we stayed about the noise

Lacks value for money spent disappointed
Ontario Nov 2010 trip
Experience was alright. The room was comfortable. I had to extend for 1 more day after I got there, not sure if I got the competent rate when I extended at BW. The complimentary breakfast was poor, the choices were really bad, I have stayed in hotels before, the options in other hotels have been better. Customer service was good, staff was friendly, no issues. Although upon seeing me to be alone, they gave me the hotel room facing the highway and there was some noise. Overall, happy but could have been better.

The Ontario airport is right next door and the I-10 highway is so close too. Highway access and airport access are great pluses for this hotel

Good Value!
A nice motel for the price. A very deluxe breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, bisquits and gravy, and make-your-own waffles. The breakfast was very good the first couple of days, but it never varied and grew tiresome the rest of our trip (we stayed 6 days). Most of the other motels we stayed at that had a full breakfast, varied in the menu from day to day. The rooms are very spacious with wet bar and bar stools, couch, nice sized desk, microwave, and fridge.

very clean, but room was very decieving
I REALLY CHECKED THE HOTEL OUT BEFORE RESERVING THE ROOM AND LET ME TELL YOU THE JACUZZI SUITE'S PIC ON THE SITE IS VERY DECEIVING. BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, BUT THE GREAT BUFFET THEY GO ON AND ON ABOUT WASN'T SO GREAT...OK TASTE AND VERY COLD...HBO DIDN'T WORK AND NEITHER DID CHANNEL 13, BUT THE HOTEL LOBBYIST SAID THE TV PROBLEM WAS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. OUR TIME AT THE HOTEL WAS NICE, BUT WE REALLY DIDN'T APPRECIATE THE PARTY THAT WAS THROWN OUTSIDE OUR ROOM UNTIL 1 AM; I REALLY THOUGHT THAT THE HOTEL WOULD HAVE QUIETED THEM DOWN, BUT WE WEREN'T THAT LUCKY. :(

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PANDA INN FOR DINING. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT. PLUS A GREAT PLACE TO BRING KIDS OR FAMILY. I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT TWO THUMBS UP.

The staff was very nice, but they need to hire more help because they have 1 person at the front desk answering phones and checking people in and giving directions to people it was a long wait. The breakfast was good but again the attendant thats suppose to fill things back up was swamped with a ton of stuff for just him to do. Clean room great bed. Our door lock which takes a card would work one minute and not the next. Huge pain in the rear. They gave us a free night cause of the pain it was. Overall good stay would go again. Oh great TV. Big.
