Great for a weekend getaway.
Our stay at this hotel was one of the best of our weekend getaways. It was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, neat and clean...the soaps were one of the best that are given at hotels- my skin wasn't left dry. The elevator was a little odd but it was just an elevator. and the waffles in the morning were really good.

Perfect location, right price
Nice. Really liked that it's walking distance from everything you need. I don't mind staying again.

Great Hotel
My stay with Ayres Inn and Suites Ontario at the Mills Mall was excellent. In fact I stayed an extra night. I think the prices are a bit pricey, but it is about the average rate for the area, The Hotel staff is great, the rooms are very nicely decorated as well as modern, and very clean. The Hotel as well as the rooms were also very nice, calm, and quiet. Very close to a lot of shops, two malls, restaurants, Target. Very close to the highways 10 & 15 which was very convenient for me, and not too from highways 210 & 60. I look forward to staying with them again.

Under construction but good rooms
The hotel was under construction and the pool/spa was closed and we had to move from one room to another during the 2 day stay as there was construction noise during the day and couldn't get good rest.

comfortable stay

Failing Policies & Procedures
During one of our two night stay, there was a fight, yelling, and breaking of things in one of the rooms on the same floor were we were staying. This went from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Then suddenly the fire alarm went off. everybody went russhing to the lobby. The receptionist didn't know how to stop the alarm, so this alarm was on for more than 30 minutes. Fire department and police arrived. Police took somebody to jail, and finally about 5:45 AM the alarm went off by itself. The Manager never arrived to at least turn off the alarm. I think that they do have procedures for these cases, nevertheless, we never received an appology from the hotel.
