Holiday Inn Express OCEANSIDE

Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable

We stayed three days. It was very spacious and clean. My boys had fun watching their pancakes being made on a little conveyor belt. Breakfast was different and satisfying every morning and we had a pleasant chat with the staff each morning. We went to Lego land which was a beautiful drive. Only about ten minutes away. The beach was also only about yen minutes away. The room wasalso equipped with a fridge and microwave so we bought TVdinners and didn't have to spend alit of extra money eating out. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked Hokiday Inn cause of their Express Breakfast and the closeness to Legoland. The room was clean really spacious for my 3 young boys. The mattress was kind of soft and no real support but maybe that was just my room. I did think with it being HOMIDAY INN that it might of had more perks or more luxurious...lol. But the room was pretty average and so was the service. I would stay again just advise you to check in early so you can get a good room worth the money and name.

My experience with this hotel was great especially considering the rate I got to stay here. It was very convenientally located, the beds were super comfy, the room was clean, AND the have the BEST cinnamon rolls on their continental breakfast! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

We've been too this hotel before and always had a good experience. This time around it was different. After a 2 hour trip we were hoping to get in our room 30 minutes early. The front desk hostess was frosty and told us to come back until 3pm. She didn't seem to want to answer any other questions until then. So we left and came back at 3pm and were told our room was not clean yet. I understood about not checking in before 3pm , however coming back at 3 pm they should had the room ready. My family will no longer use this hotel there are many in the area that are just as good.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and good deal for the area.

The first room was musty and smelled like mold. I have alergies and was immmediately affected by the room. There was also an inch gap under the door to allow bugs and anything else to enter the room. We looked at 3 more rooms with the same problems. Unable to get our money back we had to settle on a room that we could stand. this room also had a large gap under the door and we had to sleep with a towel propped under the door. I would have appreciated the ratiing of this hotel to be more accurate as I would never have chosen it. I would appreciate a refund on the cost of the hotel since our stay was very disappointing.

HIE is a great place to stay for a great price. It's located near many grocery stores, malls, and other convenience stores. It's a short drive to the beach and many other fun things to do. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The best seller was free breakfast every morning. This alone saves $10-20 every day depending on the number of guests you're traveling with. The staff was friendly and always were helpful whenever we needed anything. The only downfall we experienced was the lack of parking later in the evening. The lot is not very big but we did always manage to find a spot.

I loved the room, the bed was comfy & soft especially after spending all day on our feet. The breafast was more than we can ask for. My only bad comment is they need to try and get cribs. I forgot our babies playpen.

A nice, comfortable room. The room itself was huge, plenty of space. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a huge private deck but the only down side was there were no chairs on the deck.
