Very comfortable and clean
A nice, comfortable room. The room itself was huge, plenty of space. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a huge private deck but the only down side was there were no chairs on the deck.

Short walk from hotel
Just a short walk to excellent restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located near tons of shopping and Hwy 78. Traffic gets really ugly in that area so the short walk to everything helps.

loved it!!
the staff was courteous and friendly. the room was very nice and comfortable. it was right off the freeway which is a very good spot for me. i dont like to drive all over a city to try and find my hotel/motel. the breaksfast was yummy--cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, bananas, yogurt, cereal and different drinks too. i love when a hotel has a variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. the only thing i didnt like is they did not have a snack machine, only soda machines. other than that, the stay was EXCELLENT!!

comfortable rooms
stayed here because it was close to my daughter's wedding location and it had a pool & hot tub. The staff were friendly and very helpful and lots of nice restaurants close by.

why do you need this
Decent.
For check-in being at 3PM, the room was not ready. I was asked to come back after 30 minutes. I would like to think that with their checkout being noon, this would leave ample time for my room to be cleaned. After a long travel day, this seemed unacceptable.

The hotel was close enough to Legoland. The staff was friendly and the room was big enough to accommodate a family of 4.

Tired Feet
Okay Stay/Quite Stay
We went to Lego and after the whole day in the sun and the heat all we wanted to do was check in. However once arrving at the Hotel there was a sign that said "Walking the premises", therefore no one was at the front desk, let alone the lobby door closed. I saw to ladies (and I knew right away that it was the front desk receptionists) they saw me, it was about 6pm (and all I wanted to do was check in. However, seening me there they took there time (or at least thats how it felt for me) getting to the front door and checking me in. Also, we wanted a non smoking room, and it was, however from time to time the hallway smelled like smoking and lingered to to the room. Overall, the staff was smiley, short talk, but pleasent. The stay was great/okay, I think that if it was not for the two items listed above, i would have rated it a 5 star, however with my experience I would rate it a 3 start just okay. And, YES it was Quite!

Friendly Staff.
The front desk staff was so sweet and courteous. That makes everything a lot easier for check-in. And the morning breakfast was a welcome addition.
