Value and relaxation amid Oakhurst’s Sierra foothills near Yosemite
With majestic mountains as a backdrop, the Shilo Inn Suites Oakhurst in the Sierra Nevada foothills puts guests within 15 miles of Yosemite National Park's south gate, with quick access to Bass Lake and local heritage sites. Comfortable rooms, a heated outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour access to the sauna, steam room and fitness center provide easy relaxation after taking in the great outdoors. - The King Mini Suite is a large and spacious room with a California King Size bed and sleeper queen sized sofabed that can easily accommodate a couple with children. Our mini suites, at nearly 520 square feet, are some of the largest rooms in the Yosemite area. The King Mini Suite has a vanity, full bath, hairdryer, wet bar, microwave/refrigerator, coffee maker, 3 direct dial phones, dining table with two arm chairs, desk, iron/ironing board, color satellite TV with Showtime and free wireless internet.
- Family 2 Queen Mini Suite
- The Double Queen Family Mini Suite is a large and spacious room with two Queen Size beds that can easily accommodate a party of four adults and a fifth with a rollaway bed for an extra fee. Our mini suites, at nearly 520 square feet, are some of the largest rooms in the Yosemite area. The Family Mini Suite has a vanity, full bath, hairdryer, wetbar, microwave/refrigerator, coffee maker, 3 direct dial phones, dining table with two arm chairs, desk, iron/ironing board, color satellite TV with Showtime and free wireless internet. All of our rooms are non-smoking and offer air-conditioning and heat.

good family getaway
Nice stay. it is very close to Yosemitte entrance. has a great view and many restaurants super close. Overall, great value.

friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable room
I go to Oakhurst at least 2x/yr and always stay here. They remember my dogs and I and are quick to respond to any requests. The only unfortunate thing is the internet access. The wifi often doesn't work and there's nothing the staff can do about it. The signal strength waxes and wanes. When it's 30% or better the connection works fine. Five min later it may get to 12% and not work at all. More often than not I can't get a connection. I can get access through my cellphone without charge so it's not a big issue for me.

Good values and service for money
We had a delightful night, no problems whatsoever. Everything clean, friendly service. If you really want to look for something slightly negative: One of the rooms smelled strange ....

great place for the price
Big room, the continental breakfast was plenty to start your day off and easy to get to on the first floor Didn't use the pool or the jacuzzi but they looked inviting. The Inn was close enough to town that you could walk to fast food restaurants or stores like CVS if you needed supplies or munchies.
