Good value for the price
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, even though the windows were double-paned we could still hear some traffic noise. The room was clean and the free breakfast was great!

Perfect example of proximity effect
Equivalent of staying at a depressed motel but with above average hotel prices. Oakhurst hotel = fish net for Yosemite visitors... therefore, quality and service don't matter.

Could be better for the price
convenient location close to the park. However, the rooms are not very clean. Breakfast is so-so. The price is too high for this very average hotel.

Mediocre and overpriced
A very mediocre hotel room with mold in the bathtub and an unpleasant odor underlying the room. Wildly overpriced because it is in Oakhurst and is close to the entrance of Yosemite. Stay away.

good and bad
The room was good and clean. But didn't understand that while heating the milk in the microwave in the breakfast room, the power was going off and need to ask management to turn the power on several times..... same for toaster.. They were powering off or some timer that after 30 seconds toaster and microwave was powering off... horrible

Stay away if possible
The location is great and staff are friendly but that's just about it. There was no elevator. Sound proofing was non-existing-you can hear everything above, around and your next door neighbor taking a shower! The bathroom was very cramped and the shower head needs some Lime Away! The faucet looked like it's going to fall off. And good luck with the TV-local stations flip away every 15 minutes, showing "this station is not purchased, call customer service" and blacked out. Movie channels were tuned to Spanish without an option to turn back. I payed over $200 a night and sure was expecting more than this. (probably will not complain if it's less than $90)

OK but should have been better
Bathroom not very clean toilet overflowed. Satff response poor to toilet situation and had to change rooms at 9pm

Days Inn in Oakhurst
Nice Location. Attended a conference in ONeals and the drive was okay. Enjoyable stay and the breakfast was unexpected. Had a little trouble with the waffle machine, but it was my fault. Would stay again. Person at the desk was very soft spoken and very difficult to understand. Would not give a copy of the bill. Did not understand her as to why.
