Beautiful hotel
Hotel is very beautiful, clean nd nice setting. Rooms were up to date and clean. Beds were a lil too soft for my taste but all in all I slept great and woke up well rested. Would recommend to everyone. I was there for the jazz concert and this hotel location was just right. Thank you Island hotel....

Weekend Getaway!!!
It was the Perfect Weekend!! Once I arrived the staff was Eager to Great me, My room was Ready at the time given and was Perfectly clean! Not to mention the bed was Super Comfortable which is a Huge Plus when I'm not sleeping in my own bed!! The pool side service was Impecable!! They make a Skinny Margaritta and a Killer Quesadilla!! I would definitely stay again!

Great place...would stay there again
room wasn't ready when we checked in at 4PM but it was a busy holiday weekend, besides that the hotel was great. Great pool, jacuzzi and property. Location was great too. Drinks at the pool a bit pricey but overall super happy with the stay.

Start with food ,really the best. Staff attention and courtesy definity wonderful Everything clean and on time Presents delivery to the room really we appreciate. Enjoy mall near hotel and of course the beach really out of this world. We visit Italy, Greece, Spain and South America but we have 2 preferences Cancun and California-Newport beach of course

I was not disappointed
I came down to Newport to celebrate my daughters birthday and as her present we spent the day in the hotels spa. It was wonderful. We each had 3 treatments with a light lunch brought to us in the comfort room. The spa was very clean with the relaxing smell of Eucalyptus. I think though that if the hotel had been busy and the spa was running full then that very small comfort room would have been jammed full and not so comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel and in the spa were so exceptionaly nice,friendly and very courteous. The rooms were large,roomy and tastefuly decorated Large flat screen tv's with Bose speaker systems were a really nice treat. The beds with their fluffy comforters,soft linens and fabulous mattresses made me feel like I was sleeping in a cloud. I felt right at home. The bathrooms large enough to comfortably move around. I would definitley stay there again! It met my comfort standards.

You could'nt get any closer to Fashion Island. I could look out my window and stare down at Bloomingdales and Neiman's. Wow!

Unbeatable location for the price
Great rooms and good service. It is obvious when you get in the rooms that this hotel was once a four seasons. Would definitely go back again. Right across from fashion island shopping and dining. Just up the hill from PCH and beaches. Have paid 300-400 for the same room elsewhere. We paid 169 a night here.

Fantastic getaway
Was told they had HDMI hook up for PS3, it was actually confirmed from Tech support of the hotel. In actuality they did not. Was a disappointment and a waste of time.
