I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Close to the airport, clean, and most importantly friendly staff. As a matter of fact Julie (front desk) deserves special commendation as she went above and beyond to ensure my mother and myself explored the city and knew the best places to eat and shop! Excellent!!!

Great little mexican spot in Santa Ana called El Gurila (speliing?). Front desk staff recommended and the food was authentic and awesome!

Great place to stay!
We came to this area for business, but had such a wonderful time, thanks to the hotel location! It is in a great area and very accessible to the interstate highways, Hwy. 1, the airport and the beaches! When we return, we will stay here again.

Such a short, easy drive to Balboa Island. Great way to spend a relaxing day with lovely, quaint places to eat and shop and sight see!

DisneyLand Visit
Pros: The Room is very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. As other reviewers said, there is no noise from the Airport which is across the street. The patio is very helpful to get fresh air. My kids had great time to watch the taking-off flights. I stayed 4 nights here and the room was always clean. Just 20 mins drive to DisneyLand. While checking out we left some stuff in the room and the hotel staff was very professional and returned our call and send all of them by FedEx. We pay the FedEx charge. I am happy about the professionalism. Area of Improvement: Not all rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. You need to ask for it. Also the hotel does not have two queen beds, rather we have provided with twin beds. It is better they specify the room amenities clearly while we are booking the room. This will help to avoid last minute surprises.

Great experience
It is a very comfortable hotel in a location that is quiet but near many corperations. There is excellent dining nearby and the freeways are close.

Awesome!
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding. The food downstairs at Tiffany's was excellent for breakfast (only time we ate there), along with fabulous service. Room was quiet, clean and had free wi-fi! Free parking. Close to everywhere we wanted to go - newport beach, huntington beach without all the hassle of finding parking. We were there for 4 days and loved this hotel.

though breakfast was a thumbs up in the hotel, I would highly recommend Benihanna's across the road for lunch in the sushi bar area. they have a sushi lunch boat that is exceptional for the price!!

Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly. We were next to the airport but did not hear anything. The TV was on the fritz the 1st night, but they fixed it. Great place to stay for the price.

we stayed at the Rdisson Hotel in Newport beach, was a little concern due to the fact the airport was across the street, to our suprise we could not hear the planes, the staff was very courteous, the rooms were very nice

Great Service
Great Hotel and great experience. Restaurant staff and food were excellent morning and night. My son and I ate there three days in a row. Pool was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoy!!!

Great place to stay.
Nice hotel that provided an enjoyable stay for the recent 4th of July events down at Newport Beach. The hotel was modern and clean and has nice pool/spa facilities as well. We took a room with a King bed and the hotel also has Sleep Number beds which for us gave us the best nights sleep both of us have had in a very long time. The only small area of disappointment was when we asked for just a half glass of milk to take our morning medication with, we were charged $3. I guess they have to account for every little item so no huge deal, just a bit stingy we thought.
