Our first check in was bad, the room wasn't ready and was dirty. Was told to come back and was given a different room. The room was ok but up stairs which my husband had a difficult time climbing the stairs. No lock on the bathroom nor enough
toilet paper for 3 days.
Sorry but will not stay again.
As a person who goes to local hotels in the thousand oaks area i would have to say that americas best value inn is one of the worst places i could have ever had the misfortune of having to stay at. My girlfriend and i were severly bitten by bed
bugs and we try to avoid this place as much as possible. I normally would stay a place like this but my job has not given any raises in 3 years and my girl cant find a job so weve been forced to have to stay in places like this after getting evicted. The surrouding area around this hotel is very good though theres lots of shopping and better hotels to stay at. Check em out
The hotel basically provides beds for sleeping, nothing else. No coffee machine either in room or lobby. Room is more dirty than you can imagine. The staff is so cold that refused to chill in water in a public hot water machine.
