Wine Train Weekend
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very close to the Wine Train station and the Ox Bow Market. They have a nice fire pit out back and a restaurant on the street with great appetizers. The noise level of the hotel was pretty loud. We could hear the guests next door, who seemed to be speaking normally. At night people walking in the halls were easily heard as well. Rooms are very clean and cute decore.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The first night the bottom sheets kept coming off, made for a restless night of sleep. They did fix it, but the mattresses need to be replaced!

Don't buy the wine card with 11 visits unless you plan on being there for a week or longer. Since this was our first trip to Napa we had no idea what to expect. We made it to one of the wineries that we paid $49!

River Terrace Inn
It is a nice hotel with a nice view out back. It is off by itself with out much around. We ate breakfast there and it was terrible. The worst part was the coffee. I ventured out to get some coffee and it took me a half an hour to find a place. There are better places in Napa to stay.

This "Clean Freak" was very happy!
I was really pleased with this place and I'm the PICKIEST woman around. We had some business to take care of and thought it would be nice to hang around and do some wine tastings at a few wine bars as we were staying here. SUPER CLEAN and comfortable pillow top bed too. I would definitely come back!

I enjoyed the nearby wine bars such as 1313 and Vinters Collective..... no need to drive to the wineries... everything is right there ready for you to taste! Great service too!

Nice Hotel...not luxury
We made last minute plans to Napa and wanted to stay at a nice hotel. This hotel was right near the center of Napa and near many restaurants. The rooms were completely average. We faced the parking lot, so maybe if we had a room facing the back of the hotel, which over looked trees and the river, we would have liked it better.

Updated decor, great extras
Good deal (for the area) and very comfortable. I'd recommend this for an affordable stay in town in an attractive room. Pros: good price for the area, flatscreen TV's and DVD players in every room, free DVD rentals at the front desk, free WiFi, complimentary buffet breakfast, clean, updated decor, plenty of parking Cons: no hot tub, not all rooms have balconies, signs of age (e.g. there were very noticeable scuffs on the walls), breakfast was not exceptional
