Napa Jazz getaway

Nice location , Friendly staff but definitely not a 4 star hotel. No room service to speak of and when requested after 3 days where informed the staff was off. Asked for sweet and low and where told they where out. So in a 5 night stay bed was made up once and towels where brought only once. It would have been nice to have been forewarned in the description that this was more like a cabin in the woods experience.

Good value, but wouldn't book again.

The staff was very friendly. However, the location and room weren't what I was hoping for. Next time, I will pay more for a better hotel and/or better location.

Good, not Great

Very cool concept with an accomadating staff. The "cabins" are cute and comfortable for the most part. The cabin heat and hot water are run on propane and the smell was overwhelming at times.

Different but clean and easy

We stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law. We each had our own little "cottage". It was quiet and very well kept. The cottages are equipped with wine glasses (you are in wine country), and other kitchen items that we didn't need but if we stayed longer, they would have come in handy.

Nice...close to Napa

I never stayed in small trailers before as a hotel option but I would go back. They were private and each had it's own living room and kitchen. All had their own porch with furniture. The insides were very clean and well stocked with everything from wine glasses to cooking essentials (used the wine glasses...but opted to eat out during our stay). It has a few hot tubs and a very nice pool area. A nice option for the price.

Charming Napa Cottage

I only stayed here for one night, but it seems like a great place to go on a 4 day to a week vacation. You have a kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals, and the cottage itself is very cozy. Each one has its own private deck, and our unit backed up to the river. Overall a very nice place. Great continental breakfast too!

Nice, looked-after trailer park

Grounds and units are well-maintained. The units are private and the place is quiet. My experience with the staff: one hit and three misses. The "misses" included spotty housekeeping and a put-upon attitude by the desk staff. The hit was a thoughtfull call the night before we left. Also, there is an $8-$10/day Resort Fee that is listed here, but not prominently so.

Wine weekend

This hotel was unique and cute. My only complaint is that the gym doesnt open until 7 so that eliminates early bird workouts.

Very Cozy

This is a cozy place. Ask for a cottage on the river because the rest of the cottage locations are crowded and non private. It's a great location and minutes from downtown. Taxi was only $8.00 plus tip. At 1st glance it looks like a upscale trailer park because the cottages are on a trailer frame and parked in rows. But they are colorful and the inside is very, very nice!! But again, I would not stay there unless I had a river front cottage. Check in is a problem because it is not until 4 pm. We arrived at 2, got to use the dirty pool and jacuzzi, and was not able to get into the room until 4:30 which totally messed up our plans. I asked the front desk why our cottage was not cleaned 1st and the answer was: "there are many to clean". Common hotel sense designates to clean a room that has guests waiting. Pricing in October is greatly reduced and the best time to go.
