NOT WORTH IT!
I really expected more from a $200 night room at the Hilton! I booked a room with 2 queen sized beds, 2 months in advance. I received a room with 1 king bed. The girl at the front desk said, "i'm really sorry... i can send a roll away bed up at no extra charge...". I've never had to pay for a roll away bed at any other Hilton, so thanks for nothing there. The shower curtain bar was coming off the wall and hanging down. They are supposed to give you a bit more room in the shower, but this one gave a bit more room for water to splash out over the bar. The carpets could have used a cleaning. The view out the window was an air conditioning unit. The air conditioning in the room was loud and had to be turned off to sleep. The TV remote would turn the volume up but not down. Of course, it took a minute to realize i could turn the volume down on the TV itself, after frantically pushing buttons on the remote. The TV stayed off after that event. On the floor where the room was located, there were 2 chairs outside the elevator, pretty normal. Between the chairs, on the wall there was a place where a picture or painting used to hang, but instead there were a bunch of holes and a screw in the wall. The employees at the breakfast area were nice. The problem at this hotel wasn't the employees. I think this a management problem. It's time the GM had a a review! All in all, NOT Hilton quality. I probably wouldn't complain if it was Motel 6 or Best Western, because i expect these problems and they don't charge $200 dollars a night. I won't be staying here again. If you need to stay somewhere, in Napa, try the Mariott next door. The next night we stayed at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco, which was a night and day difference. Far, far better than this Hilton Garden Inn.

Great Place to Stay in NAPA
The Hilton Garden Hotel is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed with during our 7 years coming to Napa during Harvest Season. The room is very comfortable and the staff is courteous and they make your stay enjoyable and pleasant. The hotel is located just off Hwy 29 making it assessible to many of the great wineries and resturants. If the Hotel would offer a Continental breakfast along with their other hot breakfast options this would be a great addition to their breakfast offering. This hotel is a great value and with all the amenities provided makes for a perfect stay in Napa. This is worth a look when you are pricing your hotel options for vacation during the Napa harvest season.

Ad Hoc is a great dinner experience. They offer a family style meal that is expertly prepared. A little pricey but worth trying. Reservations are required so plan early to get reservation you want.

Great location
Room was comfortable; staff was very friendly; complimentary wine and cheese one night was a nice touch. Location is close to the town of Napa and within walking distance of shopping areas. It's easy to find - right off of Highway 29. We had a great stay!

Good enough
Nice, modern, clean, good enough all around if you're in Napa for the wine. Don't expect much atmosphere or much outside other than a small fenced pool, a parking lot, and a highway, but the staff is great and you'll be comfortable. [...] we got stuck in a smoking room and everything else was unavailable.

Best cost benefit in Napa
Staff is very good and the hotel is close to St Helena Hwy so easy access to the wineries and restaurants. Also there is an happy hour from 5-6pm with wine and cheese free. In addition the breakfast is very good. I recommend the rooms with jacuzzi because the other ones are old and small.
