Great Value
Our stay at Hawthorn Suites was great . The location was perfect and close to everthing you could possibly want to do. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and well informed about everything going on in the Napa area,including winery's, resturaunts and directions to everywhere. Also about special events. Room very clean, nice pool and great free breakfast . excellent value-will definatly go back!

Great overnight stay!!!
Perfect Hotel!! Close to everything we needed. Went to Wine Train an just seconds away from station. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay
They put on a good breakfast with very good coffee, hot food and cold. the room was very clean, but the pillows were a little stiff. Really nice desk people. The price seemed a little steep for off-season in Napa, but that was my first visit.

The orientation of the hotel means the rooms are generally away from the main street, allowing for a quieter experience; desirable following a long day working in the field. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast food selection was good. The Wifi was reliable, but the TV had limited number of stations (not a deal-breaker for me); there was at least ESPN so I could watch MNF. I did notice that the heater/AC did not work in my room, but I was fortunate to not need it. Definitely better than other places I've stayed in town, at a similar valued price. I will be back.

They need to replace beds
The only bad thing that I can say is that the beds are not as comfortable, I woke up every morning with a back ache. Shower needs to be a little higher. But otherwise it was a good stay, no complains, rooms very clean. They also need flat TV's, however not complaining.

Napa is a expensive area. This is a nice bargain. Spend the extra $ on the wine train

Napa Trip
Easy to find. Clean. Quite. Had to drive to get anywhere. Nothing in walking distance. Great cookies in lobby. Breakfast was not bad. Bacon was good. Needed to get there early before it’s all gone. I would recommend the place.

Downtown Napa is pretty depressed. Lot's of vacant shops & restaurants. Good place to eat is TARLA. Ask for Jim.

Good value hotel for a weekend getaway in wine country
Given tis hotel is on a very busy industrial street, we were quite surprised and pleased to find that the rooms were fairly sound-resistant if not proof. The rooms are large, the beds quite comfy, linens very nice. The complimentary brkfst was adequate...would have preferred more healthy choices is our only comment. is very close to downtown without being in downtown, and only a few hundred feet from the beg of the Silverado Trail, making visits to winery very convenientl
