Great Place
This hotel met all of my expectations. I chose this hotel for the proximity and convenience to some shuttle busses that would be picking me up for an event I was attending. The room was very nice and the staff was great. The free internet access was a pleasant surprise as most hotels no matter how big or small provide this. The pool, while small, served my needs. I was not looking to swim laps in an olympic sized pool. I was just looking ofr something to cool off in. The hot tub was also great. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Napa next year.

Short walk from hotel
This was the perfect hotel if you were running the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon because the shuttle busses pick you up in front of the hotel. It allowed me to get some extra sleep for the 5:20 Am pick up.

not worth the money
location was awesome. right next to a Denny's with A 10% discount on breakfast. also nearby were target, a bunch of fast food joints and a gas station. also, the hotel had a pool and a small ot tub, and although i didnt use them, seemed nice. unfortunately, thats about it. hotel is OLD, and it shows. room was tacky, uncomfortable bed, and bad shower. definitely not worth the almost $200 a night charge for napa.

Nice place. Friendly Staff.
Reasonable price. Located just few minutes drive from city centre. Quite, nice and clean. Will stay there again.

Best Western Inn at the Vines 11/28/10
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at this Best Western. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's next to a Denny's, and across the street from a Starbucks, IHOP, Inn N Out, McDonalds, Target, etc. It's maybe a 5-minute drive to downtown Napa. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice hotel in Napa on a moderate budget.

Thanksgiving in Napa
Fine & dandy
We were on a family visit. The Best Western was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and fairly conveniently located - just what I was looking for. We arrived late and they were perfectly accommodating.

Great Location for Winery Trip
The rooms were great but the pool/hot tub areas were under construction--minor letdown. For the price would have expected at least a continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful on making dinner suggestions.

The Cole Chop House in downtown Napa was excellent and a great dining experience. Must visit at least once during your trip.

Great service and clean room
Liked the hotel. Only complaint is noise caused by persons walking around in the room above us. It was a VERY loud, creaking sound which was annoying and louder than expected of a hotel.

The front desk gave us coupons for "two for one" wine tastings at various wineries. The front desk also make excellent recommendations for food and places to wine taste.

Best Western Inn at the Vines
Very clean, friendly staff, close to downtown Napa. Unfortunately, no fitness center. We walked, although it's not a very scenic walk down a busy street, but there's a sidewalk the whole way.
