BEST WESTERN PREMIER Ivy Hotel Napa

Our experience in this hotel was difficult because the bed made a lot noise every time we turned, we tried 3 different bedrooms and gave us the impression that beds were all cheap uncomfortable beds. They were nice and tried hard to accommodate us but unfortunately their beds are simply not good. Very good location, well decorated, close to wineries and restaurants but the most important thing is to sleep in a decent bed and they lack of this important feature. The breakfast was pretty cheap also.

Way overpriced for what they provide. It is located very close to all the wineries.

Hotel and rooms are newly renovated, modern chic design, and this saved the stay. We enjoyed some wine sitting on the nice front porch during the evening. Other than that it was a bit disappointing. - we had lots of heavy luggage, and although hotel staff seemed not busy they didn't ask if we needed help or wanted to make use of the luggage cart standing by - After walking all the way to the elevator we realized it was not working (seems it is permanently out of order). Although the staff did know this and was aware of our luggage they booked us on the 2nd floor. So we went back and asked for a 1st floor room - the room was smelly - bed linens were dirty. after asking for replacement, the staff said they were not sure if they have some spares. Not sure what to make of that

We stayed March 31st and the hotel seems to still be in the last stages of renovation. The hot tub was not very hot as I'd expect it to be and the jets were not operational. The room was clean and quiet, (we were even on the street side). The bedding needed a duvet cover. There were two white sheets placed below and above a down comforter. I lvoe down comforters, but question the sanitation of making a bed this way because my sheets moved around exposing the comforter. The breakfast was standard continental. Nothing extraordinary at this hotel- but a good price for the stay.

No refrigerator in the rooms. The walls are thin so the noise level was sometimes loud. Very convenient location.

Great location to to the wineries and downtown Napa. About 20 min to Sonoma. Our only complaint was that we were given a handicap accessory room; there was no door or curtain on shower; cold! Also the shower head leaked and the pull down bench was broke; missing a bolt.. We were located right off an entrance door so we heard every guest come in through the night. It took 45 minutes to receive toliet paper lol Had to go to the desk 2 times! Beds were ok nothing great. TV was fuzzy with limited channels.

IIt was an average hotel but we were looking for something cheap and close to downtown.

good for coming and going. location was ideal. hotel was average but full.

Good location. Decent breakfast food but limited options- same food every day. Rooms were comfty and free wifi.

The room was nice and clean, I did not like the set-up of the room as it was somewhat crowded.
