Ramada Morgan Hill

The rooms are average but worth the pricing. The location of the hotel is perfect (for me anyway). The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly, and when my plane landed at 8am ....when I got there at 10am they let me check into the room early....luckily there was a room available for check in... they did not have to let me check in early. No complaints from me, I had a great experience!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter and grandchildren in San Martin this weekend. I thought the room was very large and comfortable and seemed to have been recently upgraded. The bathroom sink was rather old and needed replacement but I loved big bathtub and the nice strong massaging shower head. It was overall a nice place to stay in the area.

Went to visit family. I must say it was the best hotel I've stayed in while in Morgan Hill. I guess the only negative was one morning the complimentery breakfast left a lot to be desired.

First the receptionist was extremely rude and very short with me. The room smelled awful when I first walked in. It was a non-smoking room but it wreaked of cigarettes and cleaning solution. The worst part of all was when the people were taking a shower the floor above mine the roof started leaking. There were water droplets falling onto the couch. I would pay the extra 20 dollars more to stay somewhere nicer.

I would say this hotel is great for those looking to save money on a hotel room but still want a quality place to stay. The room was clean but a little rough. There were some hastily patched up holes in the wall and every electrical socket was buried behind furniture. Overall though I was satisfied with my experience given the amount of money I spent on the room.

The only problem with my stay was the wi-fi connection, which didn't work in my room, but did work in the lobby. When I called the front desk, they gave me an 800 number for the ISP, so I ended up talking to someone in the Philippines trying to solve the hotel's wi-fi issue. They were no help, so I ended up with no wi-fi, which was one of the reasons for choosing the Ramada. Other than that, everything was as good as, or better than, advertised. I will definitely give them another try.

This was to be a simple overnight stay enroute to a pair of doctors' appointments... 1: Our room was on the opposite side from what was requested and promised. 2: Desk chair too low (elevator mechanism broken), and desk lamp too dim. 3: Missing light bulb on the left side of bed. 4: Promised 6:30 am wake-up call never received. 5: Missing window curtain traveler rod. 6: Old, old paper coffee cups and cigarette butts on the balcony. 7: Bathroom floor wet (not discovered until after toilet was used). 8: Broken patio-door screen door. 9: Missing patio-door drape traveler. 10: Only one wash cloth and one hand towel (though two people in the room). 11: Three sheets of paper on the toilet paper roll. 12: I broke my thumbnail attempting to latch the patio door. 13: in consideration of this list, manager deducted $20.00 from bill, but (apparently)instead of also crediting the taxes on that $20 actually charged me taxes on the $20 (which, of course, had aleady been paid earlier...)

Good place overall. Not as expensive as others but good quality. Room was quiet and clean. Not bad for a low-key night.

I went for a construction job in the Morgan Hill area. I really like the convenience of the location next to the 101 freeway. I also really enjoy the breakfast that they serve there.

Our stay was pleaseant; however the hotel advertised a Happy Hour - yet there was no Happy Hour. The room was clean, except the carpet was noticibly dirty I felt like needed to wear my shoes (definetly needed to shampoo carpets). Hotel staff very pleasant, the breakfast was fine. I feel like we got our monies worth.
