Executive Inn Morgan Hill

Upon arrival check in was a little slow, however the staff was friendly about it and apologized. The location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Nice sized tv in the room. Fairly clean, shower had some stains that come with age. I would stay there again, and for the value it was excellent! Only negatives were the beds weren't that comfortable, I wouldn't stay more than two - three nights, and there were only two small towels in the bathroom, although I have no doubt the staff would have provided more easily enough.

I requested Late Arrival and Disability Access when I placed the reservation and paid for it. We confirmed the reservation and for late arrival several hours before our arrival for this pre-paid room. Upon arrival we found she was registered and that it was only one steep flight of stairs to the second floor (an elevator or the lack of one should be mentioned in their ad)and that her walker did not totally fit on any one step except the bottom sidewalk and the top landing. With some assistance we managed to traverse the stairs safely. The answer from the staff was that if we had arrived earlier they might have been able to accommodate us for disability access for my pre-paid reservation. Did I mention that the reservation was pre-paid. A room should have been set aside since they already had their money and late arrival was verified. The Jacuzzi was nice but the shower was much more eventful, but eventually she got it to work right. She was unable to take advantage of what I am sure would have been a great breakfast offering but she could not get down the steep stairs without assistance and by the time I got there to help access to the food was closed. I recommend this hotel for value (You Get What You Pay For)but not for people with walking difficulties.

Clean and affordable

Everything was clean and fresh each day. Staff was friendly, location was great and rates were reasonable.

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure about staying their. The room was older but clean and the jacuzzi tub was enjoyed. The pool was not heated which made for a very cold swim! I think for the price we had a good deal.

We found a used condom under the blankets of the bed my kids were sleeping in!!! We checked out on a Sunday and there was no site supervisor or manager available to complain to. We don't recommend this hotel to friends or family!!

Hotel was easy to find right off freeway. Front desk clerk spent about 5 minutes on what seemed to be a personal call while I waited to be checked in. The room was clean and spacious. But there wasn't any coffee, cream or sugar which we didn't realize until morning. And, there were only 2 bath towels, so we asked the housekeeper for 2 more. She gave us 2 pool towels - rough and frayed on the edges. Other than that, we were satisfied with the room.

Continental breakfast must have gotten lost on another continent! Measly pickings. They put us in a handicap room when there were a lot of other rooms available and underneath a bunch of kids who were staying there for the weekend for a soccer tournament. A lot of floor to ceiling noise. No coffee in the room. Went to the front desk where the young man handed my husband a styrofoam cup with ground coffee in it! This was no replaced the entire weekend. Towel rack in room was falling off the wall.

A very large room with a separate area with couch and decks. The noise was minimal being close to the freeway, due to the construction of windows and doors. Close to dinners, town, freeway, and parks.
