Excellent Choice

Great hotel for its value. We got a complementary upgrade to a room with a view of the golf course. The room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Nice but pricey, unless you're enjoying the hotel itself

The hotel is pretty and the rooms are very comfortable. We were there just overnight, so the added resort fee makes it a bit of a pricier stay, since we didn't get to enjoy the hotel itself.

Should have gone somewhere else

View of the parking lot to start with the freeway behind... Being told that no upgrade are available but after complaining several time ....new availability come up with view of the golf course. Room had big holes in curtains.... Toilet paper holder was falling off the bathroom wall....and my bed wasn't even FLAT...look like an elephant had slept on one side for a few days... Not confortable at all... Should have gone to Carmel instead!..

Nice Comfortable Room

I stayed here with spouse and two kids. Room accommodated us all--at a great rate. The room had been remodeled to a Zen look. It was nice. I saw dogs on the property, so I hope they are restricted to only certain rooms because they can really mess up hotel carpets.

Overpriced

We had a great stay because the weather wa nice and we were able to use the outdoor pool. The other plus was we brought our dog and had a room on the bottom floor right next to the pool. So doggy was able to enjoy the sun on the patio while we went swimming and we were able to keep an eye on him. Downside was the second room I booked for my mother in law was sooooo far away and she had a room on third floor facing parking lot. Her room was just about same price but just a little less. But both rooms were very very spendy. For the price I at least wanted complimentary coffee in the lobby. And for the enormous dog fee I at least wanted a dog treat. Or maybe discounts to the aquarium or something.

Nice

The room ventilation/HVAC is so obviously inadequate that each room has a freestanding heat/AC plug in tower.
