We have stayed here before. It is nice, large rooms, very clean, good price, easy check in. We were given the wrong room but problem was fixed almost immediately. I would recommend to family/friends. I would definitely stay again.

Great friendly staff.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The biggest problem is the seating. Sits very low and hard for my wife to get in and out. Need to replace the chair in the room with a recliner. Mattress was not firm enough. Better than most hotels that we have stayed in. The staff was what made it worth staying there. Excellent breakfast.

Good Value

The room was spacious and the towels were thick. It was a much nicer room than I had in Redwood City for the same price. As free hotel breakfasts go, this was one of the best - made to order omlettes and eggs.

Great Value

Great Restaraunt, Great Gym, Above average room. Hotel community areas was well kept and enjoyed Parking was the biggest complaint, there is not adequate parking and the parking lot is not well lit. Comparable Hotels closer to the Freeway and Great Mall.

Disappointed - I didn't have a room!

I had booked this hotel for 2 nights but the first night they did not have my room! They offered to put me at another hotel but since I was with someone else I didn't want to stay at a different place. I booked this room early and was very disappointed not to have a room available. I stayed here before and had a good experience.

Excellent hotel (corporate & pleasure)

Excellent room, clean, relatively quiet even though close to highway. Good breakfast (omelette, cereal, eggs/bacon, some fruit) [was free with room]. Close to SJC airport. Front desk friendly and accommodating.

Mini-getaway

Nice staff. The room was very clean and the Brendan restaurant inside the hotel had a great breakfast spread, which is always a must for us! The room was newly done and very immaculate. Only downside was that there wasn't a fridge inside the room, so we had to make a few trips to the ice machine. It also seemed like there was a lot of construction being done on the floor above us, kinda irritating, but we made a call to the front office and the noise went away.

Beverly Heritage- good breakfast, rooms so-so

This was a nice hotel, but it smelled kind of damp in the hallways and room. The staff was so-so. I stood at the front while one staff member was helping someone check in and another was just standing at the sundries counter. He ignored me and looked at his hands for about 5 minutes until my coworker demanded his attention. The free breakfast was great and the host was very helpful. They had the typical bagels, croissants, cereal, and also had yogurt, freshly cut fruit, and omelets available. The beds were pretty comfy but the rooms need to be updated and the smell bothered me. I opened the window in our room and that helped some. Also, the sprinklers made the air smell awful, but that may be something that is controlled by the city and not the hotel. Also, we couldn't really find anything nearby for convenient eating or quick shopping for necessities but there is a restaurant on the site.
