It's okay if you stay for a night

I stayed there for one night because i have an early flight to catch the next day. I checked in really late and the staff wasn't that friendly and I think he hate his job so much that he doesn't even have emotion. I stayed in the second floor and I couldn't sleep because of all the noises that it was out there and it wasn't from airplanes but from cars and trash trucks. However, I really like their shuttle services it come in every half hour but you have to make a reservation so it comes so remember to ask because those unfriendly staffs won't ask what you need. The place is okay if you stay for a night but if you want to stay here and want to go to the central city, I suggest you to go other places instead.

Pretty Decent No-frills Hotel at Fair Price

The pictures on their website make this hotel look a LOT better than it really does. However, rooms are clean, the hotel is super close to the airport, if that is what you are looking for, and their free continental breakfast is is above average.

They need new beds and pillows

My husband and I both said you get what you pay for. After 3 plus hotels in San Francisco and Monterey this two star was not up to our standards. Very nice room but the bed and pillows were substandard and not having a bathtub was disappointing.

Good location next to Milbrae BART station, plenty of good places to eat in easy walking distance and 10 minutes from the SF airport. Very good for short stays.

No bathtub :(

The room was clean and the location was perfect. No bathtub for the little ones was a definite negative. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Some shortcomings

While this hotel sounded great in the description, I found it to be in a very noisy part of town. The building next door is under construction and adds to the regular traffic noise. The room was much smaller than what was pictured, and there was no bathtub, shower only. On the upside, the breakfast was decent, but not a great variety. Overall, I think the hotel is overpriced for what you get.
