Dinner with my Brother on my Way to China
My wife and I stayed here one night after flying up from Los Angeles to SFO, on my way to 21 days of R&R in China and Tibet. We wanted to see my brother and sister-in-law before leaving, so proposed dinner at a nearby restaurant. The hotel was a short shuttle ride from SFO (one calls for a shuttle pickup) and is with a couple of blocks from a BART station. So they took the BART down from El Cerrito, arrived about when we did, and we went off to a highly rated Italian restaurant within walking distance, passing several other restaurants on the way. Room was okay, non-smoking, first floor, pretty quiet despite being near rail, highway and a busy street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in order and the price was right -- great for one night. Also has a bank within sight if one needs to go to an ATM. So location is wonderful for a variety of reasons.

A variety of restaurants -- Chinese, Vietnamese, American Diner, Italian -- are within a short walk. Hotel breakfast was okay for us -- not fancy but included fresh fruit as I remember.

Fantastic Airport hotel
Wonderful beds, could have stayed in bed forever. Too bad I had to get up so very early to get to the airport. Room and bathroom clean and accomadting and freindly. Nice TV. Quiet, eventhough close to airport. Coffee maker and coffee great. Early breakfeast buffet at reception very nice. Shuttle service to airport reliable.

SFO hotel
Great location. One block from the BART Caltrans Millbrae station. Shuttle pick up was very handy for an early morning trip to SFO

Excellent place if you do not mind the travel from SFO to the city
Its a nice quiet, clean and comfortable place. The room was large. The free breakfast was better than most places I have tried. The only drawback is that its close to SFO. So if you need to go to the city, its about 40 mins of commute. But since BART train station is only a block away, its no too bad.

Clean, attractive, great location
i was there for just one night -- really not more than 6 hours -- so my assessment is based on very little. But my brief time there was made easy and restful and the fact that it was just a 10-min drive to the airport. It cost a little more than I'd expected ($125), but I got just what I wanted for the night.

US Open Marshall
Great location near the bart.
Our experience was very good. We liked using the BART going to and from the US Open. The staff was friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was great, and most of all the fresh cookies at the counter were a bonus. Also getting a nice meal was within walking distance of the Hotel. We will definately stay again sometime.

No bathtub :(
The room was clean and the location was perfect. No bathtub for the little ones was a definite negative. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

- Front Desk - very helpful - 4AM pick-up for airport - lobby open and coffee /food available - this is exceptional! - 100+ TV channels - excellent - location - walking distance to restaurants - great - bathroon sink - quickly filled with water - drained extremely slowly everytime I used it - how does this happen when housekeeping must use it?

good for stopovers at SFO
basic hotel, free wifi, large rooms, a bit outdated deco, confortable bed, good breakfast, free van to airport, very friendly staff, walking distance to caltrain and bart, walking distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket..... good value if you're laying over at SFO...
