Comfortable and Clean
I really enjoyed the fresh pastries and quiche from the local bakery they offered with their complimentary breakfast. The restaurant on site was also nice. Good, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were especially fluffy and made being away from my own bed that much easier.

Close but not too close
Right from check in it was super. We had a single king room booked and at the last minute had to have an adult child stay one night with us so they moved us up to a king room with a pull out right away. Even brought the keys to the room for us. We stayed for 5 nights so it really started to feel like home to us. The restaurant was very accommodating and had some super apple cobbler! The location is perfect for tired travelers. Very close to the airport but not in the flight path! There was a train at the back of the property but we hardly heard it. We travelled to San Fran to do sightseeing every day and it was only about a 20 min ride and the great scenery the whole way. Really could not have been happier, especially when you factor in the cost

Great amenities but . . .
Definitely ask for units with adequate bathroom facilities. The one in our suite (# 303 --- two beds and a sofa couch) was unbelievably cramped spacewise, had no shelves, drawers or surfaces whatsoever to hold toiletries people take when traveling and only one hook for damp robes, towels, etc. The bathroom at # 304 next door was also cramped compared to the spacious bathrooms in the units numbered in the 700s.

Enjoyable place to stay - good bar drinks
Stayed at this hotel while communting to San Francisco on business. Used the hotel's bar frequently and enjoyed the atmosphere; albeit a bit quiet. The room was satisfactory with new carpeting and functional equipment. I intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

First to SF
Very Very Comfortable
We selected this hotel on line "0" for the price, closeness to SF Airport, with free shuttle to and from. Which we arrived with a rental car and needed to drop car off by 5 at the airport, the hotel gave us very good directions for the drop off and how to contact the shuttle for hotel to pick us up. Everything worked great. Beds that evening was very comfortable, roomy and very clean rooms. Shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at 7am, Before shuttle arrived we stopped in at the departure snack room for Coffee, egg&ham, muffins, bagels & fresh fruit. "All very Good" Shuttle was on time. Yes, I would stay here again. First time to San Francisco.

Quick & Easy
I always like hotels where one can pull right up to the door of the room. Also complimentary Breakfast starts at 4:30am, so this hotel is ideal for early morning flights out of SFO. Room was comfy & well appointed.

Always good in a pinch
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's very affordable, good continental breakfast, clean room, easy parking and close to good restaurants and shopping. Terrace cafe on site has had same menu for years, which is basically good food, but we opt to scout out new restaurants around as there are plenty. A must is JACKS, across from Tanforan shopping center, excellent carbonara and grilled salmon salad!

Excellent short term stay
Nice quiet hotel! Reserved in advance because we were coming from Spain through NYC JFK and couldn't make the last Bart train back to the East Bay.
