Adequate business stop
The street in front of the hotel was closed for the evening, delaying my arrival by over 45 minutes. This was not the fault of the hotel but was a headache for my late arrival. I stayed for one night, two weeks in a row (street closure both times) and found the rooms clean and the internet service was fast. Rooms are basic but provide amenities of refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer, all good when traveling for business.

Average...
On the positive side, the hotel's in a convenient location for the business I needed to attend, and the rooms were clean. However, the rooms don't have the best sound insolation and there was no business center (computer/printer).

Very Good Hotel
There Hotel staff were great & very helpful. You couldn't ask for any better people. The room was great. The carpet could have used a little cleaning, but other than that, the beds were very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good, except because of health reasons I had to get my own. Hotel was very secure, with lots of cameras. Has parking garage, which was great. The staff took care of all my needs promptly, even printed my boarding passes to return home on. It looked to be the best hotel in the area, great location. I usually stay in 5 star or condos, but this rated at least a 4 or 4.5 for hotels. For the price I don't think you could ask for better. If I ever get the chance to return to the area, I will certainly use this hotel again. Thanks very much to the staff for helping make mine & my family's stay so great. Steven

I just needed a plae to crash for the night. I was in by 1 am and out by 7 am. not much to say about the hotel. It was clean and quiet. that was all I needed for the night.

Given the price, practically perfect
Things that I look for for a quick business trip, not staying in the hotel very long: cleanness, accessibility, parking, smiling services, and all of these were available. This is not a 6 star hotel, but a 3 star one. But for a 3 star hotel, it cannot get any better.

The hotel is located right on the street and the parking area was dirty. I didn't feel safe to park my car there overnight did it anyway but the hotel looked old and the clerk was not very pleasant.

Nice Stay while in LA
Room was clean. Hotel staff were friendly. 15 minute walk to the beach! Very convenient bus access on Sepulveda blvd. And El Pollo Loco next door - that's a good thing.
