Don't stay here for family holiday
Sound proof is bad in the rooms. We had a sleepless night the first night with loud teenagers laughing, talking outside the whole time until 4AM. We talked to the staff the next morning and we didn't even get an apology. Bathroom smells, also found shoemarks on the bathroom floor after housekeeping everyday.Location is bad, so far away from all the attractions and dining options are very limited.No free internet, no movie channels, they only use paper and plastic cups. Everything is cheap cheap cheap here and you have to pay for everything else you need.I can't believe this is a 4 star hotel!!! This is worse than a 3 star hotel in [*]. Would never stay there again!!

No Mention of the $22/day parking fee
Everything was fine besides the sub-charges for parking, internet, fitness room, etc. Had I known it was a $22/day charge for parking, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Nice Hotel for Great Value
The location is close to the Airport and downtown LA is just 20 minutes away. There is plenty of parking and the staffs are very nice.

LA Bus Trip
Location was suitable for the purpose of the trip that was "near Airport daily meetings". However Parking should have been included in the rate which was not.

Excellent hotel
I was there for a conference. Each staff member I interacted with was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Plus I loved that there was Starbucks coffee and real cream in the rooms!

Great Sleep
I had just arrived from flying halfway around the world and I was exhausted. The bed was my first and major concern...and it was wonderful. The down comforter and was deliciously soft and I slept well. No noise from the airport. One thing that would have made it perfect would have been a complimentary breakfast. I WILL stay here again.
