Great Stay at Bonadventure
It was a great experience as always - this was my third stay. We utilized the pool, workout room, shops and restaurants. Everything is co convient.

unacceptable
Housekeepers annouying, called room when DO NOT DISTURB sign up to ask when would be ok to clean room! Valet dented rental car.

Good Hotel, Good location
The hotel looks great from the outside, when inside It has its own unique design, not very modern or new, but renovated and clean. The only thing that was OK at this hotel and could have been better, is really the quality of their WiFi connection, it was simply poor! Other than that, a great location, great services, amazing staff, and simply a hotel I would recommend!

Not clean
The hotel seems to look awesome at the beginning but the room is not that good I needs, I would say it's not clean . The other thing I would like to mention is the parking rate is ridiculous High 35 dollars per night. Who would pay for that. Not recommended if you are looking for a good hotel.

Beautiful hotel and outstanding service
The hotel itself is gorgeous with everything you need right there. The staff really do an outstanding job of making the stay a pleasant one... very friendly, helpful and professional!

The Westin Bonaventure was a fantastic
The Westin Bonaventure was a fantastic hotel. Very clean and conveniently located. Their staff were also good but we were disappointed with the Concierge a little as they could never be reached most of the times. Also when were trying to book a shuttle to the Airport they told us that we could call at any time before 11pm but when I called early on the day of departure they told me that they required 8 hours notice and that I could book it myself direct. I did this as it was very simple. It took less than 5 minutes.

Day trippper
It all about the Parking
The hotel is very nice and very clean. The Staff was very Friendly and accomodating. Our stay there was relaxing. We especially liked the Gym which was clean and had plenty of equipment. The one draw back that made this hotel from a prime location into a less than prime location was the parking. For 3 days of parking underground it cost us an additional $101.00 plus the numerous tips to valet parkers everytime we took our vehcile out. I never enjoy getting "Fee'd to death". Parking should always be included or discounted for hotel guests. I found this to be double dipping and a way to offer a good deal then claw back the money by gouging in the parking lot.
