Luxurious Comfort
We chose the Sheraton for its location. The hotel was beautiful and more opulent than we expected the service was outstanding and so were the rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Staying at the Shereton Gateway is something I'm sure we will do again. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone. It made our last night with my husband before he went back overseas a enjoyable one.

excellent package deal
The location was superb, right next to the airport and the car rental spot. Short travel to the beaches and not too far (20 mins.) from universal studios and hollywood. Perfect service, great hotel, parking close by, loved everything!

Wonderful Airport Hotel
We checked in without any problems. The front desk clerk was courteous, answered all of our questions, and made restaurant reservations for us. The fitness center was extremely well-equipped, and the outdoor pool area was clean and spacious. Beach towels were readily available in the pool area. We had an outstanding meal at Paparazzi Restaurant. The service was excellent, and all of the dishes we ordered were extremely delicious. The concierge went out of his way to help us check in and print our boarding passes on the provided computers. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient.

Great stop-over on way from Hong Kong
We were on a long trek from Hong Kong to Orlando. Arriving in LAX at 6 PM we needed a night's rest. The Sharaton, where we've stayed before under similar circumatances, is just the ticket. Quiet, well appointed and comfortable to get our head on straight to continue our journedy.

Great Hotel
Hotel was very nice. Went to the bar/restaurant that evening and it was OK. Hotel parking was behind the hotel in an off site airport lot. We decided just to leave the car there for the week we were gone.

Hotel Stay Review
I was impressed by the superb customer service exhibited by all staff members. For me, the location was fabulous...directly adjacent to the LAX airport. The experience was wonderful, the rooms were clean and well cared for, and the views from the windows were spectacular! I will be staying at this hotel again on Friday, 12 March, and looking forward to it!
