Parking, internet and the sound of the plane~
A couple of things that were so annoying ;parking ,internet and the sound of the plane . You had to pay $28 perday for parking and 12.95 for internet. That's all together make a big difference on the price. And also the plane, OMG all night and day you could here their take off and arrival.... Terrible.

Not as good as what others said.
I chose the hotel instead of the Hilton nearby based on the reviews of previous customers. Guess some things must be left out. First, there was no regular self parking, which had to cost me an extra of $15 per day. Second, the wireless in the room was set to charge you the most possible because each account can only be used by one device. So for those who owns a tablet and laptop, don't be surprised. Third, the only non-hotel dining in walking distance is a Subway. Fourth, the hotel hallway will make you feel like in a freezer. Be prepared or be strong if you go out for a swim. Last, I don't know why the other guest was not bothered by the noise from the airport. I definitely felt every landing and takeoff during my stay. Other than these, things are acceptable. Front desk people, reatauan servers and technician are friendly when I needed help.

Sophisticated decor, great staff
Brief overnight stay for early airport departure. Had room on Executive Floor due to Preferred Guest status with Starwood. Only negative is that the airport shuttle also serves the Radisson, at which a crowd with massive amounts of luggage boarded, making a short hop into a long ride -- not great at 5 am the day after Hurricane Irene. Female driver did a stellar job of hoisting, stowing luggage and moving people in and out.

Awesome Rest
We enjoyed staying at the Sheraton close to the LA airport . The desk staff were so pleasant and met all our needs.When you are tired.. this is so important. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We used the location before and after our trip to Hawaii. The coffee was terrific.. I'm so glad they provide Starbucks. a shuttle bus is available right at the door.. so convenient to get to the airport. THANK YOU SHERATON HOTEL PS The red trolley to the Manhattan beach for $5 was a bargain

A Great Best Friend Getaway!!!!
As I walked in I felt so good right away. The way everything looked and the way all the employees presented themselves made my best friend and I feel very taken care of. I mean this place had everything there. They had a shop which came in handy when i realized I forgot my shaver at home. And I love that West Hollywood was only 20 minutes away. I just loved loved loved it all. I am excited to book there again someday.

West Hollywood is only 20 minutes away. So even if you had a taxi take you, it wouldn't be that much. And the night life there is amazing. So many places to go to in one night.

Nice hotel and many amenities. We had a very nice stay. Just was not expecting the $28 valet parking charge. Or U can self park for $15 behind the hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great value and service
We stayed at the Sheraton Gateway for one night each coming and going. Our primary destination was Santa Barbara but this hotel was an unexpected surprise. First, the music that was piped in poolside was erotic and beautiful. The Paparrazi Restaurant had a nice selection and a really attentive wait staff. The rooms were fine with regard to size and cleanliness.
