Great Hotel
Arrived weary to a very comfortable bed, the largest hotel room and soft soft pillows. Breakfast a banquet and staff courteous. Great stay in a modern smart hotel and definitely be back.

Bed bugs
I had two problems during my stay at this hotel. 1. I arrived tired and had to wait a long time while hotel personnel checked in people with hotel credentials who arrived after me. 2. I was bitten while I slept two nights in a row by bugs in my bed. I reported the problem. My room was changed. I have not yet heard anything from hotel management, although a promise was made to me that they would be touch. It's now one week later.

Pick up Tash
A great place to stay!
We picked up our Granddaughter from Australia. This Hotel is in a great location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definetly stay here again.

Off to Thailand
Great for catching an early morning international flight
It was just fine for an early international flight which requires 2 hour check in. It was roomy for a good nights sleep which reduces the stress of long flights and possible jet lag. If you take airport buses/shuttles to LAX and your hotel has shuttles, you can really save some long term parking expenses. Having to drive long distances home when you return exhausted, is just nuts and dangerous.

Last minute getaway
I drove down to LA late Friday night for a last minute getaway. I was tired from driving and a long day's work. The front desk clerk saw my face and gave me a complimentary coupon for breakfast the next morning. He didn't have to but he made my night.

One day stay
We stayed at the Sheraton cause it was our last day in L.A. and we needed to be in close to the airport. However that one day stay was perfect. Hotel was close to the city and shopping. The staff were helpful and courteous. The next morning there was no rush as check out was quick and airport and rent a car were only a mile away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint would be that there was no fridge and safe in my room.

Overnight Layover
Free 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport! Big plus!! Check in was quick and staff friendly. Room had comfy beds and linens. Although some of the room showed a bit more wear, such a lampshade with a stain.. The bathroom smelled mildewy and the bathtub drain was clogged, which made for an uncomfortable shower while standing in a soapy water up to your ankles...yuck. Tried calling to report the problem but the phone just rang endlessly or maybe it wasn't working. Too tired and short on time to get the problem fixed. Wi-fi Not free. Bummer for short stay.

Overall a good stay
The self park was far from the hotel and not as many bus shuttles as during the day. Would have been nice to have free continental breakfast. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
