Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel

Friendly staff. Had pre-paid for room through but hotel had over booked. Took a while but finally got management to release a room for us. Shuttle to and from the airport is a definite plus.

Good location, quick check-in, professional staff and very clean room. This was a very good value for the money in Los Angeles.

I have been a spg for many years, this is the one club I appreaciate belonging to. This hotel makes you feel greatly appreciated, pampered, and well cared for. The take care of you and think of all the amenities, so you never have to leave the hotel if you dont want to. Its proximity is perfect to such great locations as Santa monica beach, Venice beach, and Marina del ray. Not too far away is the beautiful mountains of pasadena, were temperatures can hit a 100 degrees! I love this place so much and I will continue to come back for business and of course pleaasure. PS I hear they are proposing a full renovation? what more can they do?

It was nothing special. Certainly not worth the price paid. Toilet would not flush properly. Contacted the front desk and they sent someone.....eventually. Then I was told, very rudely, the toilet does work, the hotel just has the water set very low to conserve water. Hmmm, wish someone could have told me that as I checked in. Regardless, it would not flush and someone would have had to come up to set the toilet to flush properly. Great location though. Internet, $12.95 an hour. Continetial Breakfast, $14.95. I didn't do either.

I will never recomend this resort, dirty rooms, old, you hear a lot of noise from the planes at the room, they did not give babe brib on a 2 beds rooms so the baby had to sleep on the floor, room was not on time, they want it to give me a king size bed insted of a 2 dobles, the front desk people very agressive, not friendly at all, i will never stay there again

There was a line 10 people deep at the check-in and it moved really slow. Room doors slam so loud they will wake you up. The airplane noise is 24/7 and it's not from landing planes, but taxiing ones (which is worse). The fire alarm went off around midnight and it took a half hour to shutoff. Building security is really low. You can walk in the side entrances at any hour without passing a single employee, and just one camera. The 30+ year old shower was so powerful I had to leave the spout half open so the shower spray wouldn't sting my skin. The shower drain didn't work well so I was practically taking a bath by the time I was done. The Starbucks in the lobby was filthy. I swear the posted self-park rate was $10.91, but I was charged $15. Bottom line: I was not happy with my stay here.

I would like to go here one more tome! Room was very clean and the bed was like a heaven. Service was exellent, especially porter. I had a tremendous time and take a good rest in Sheraton.

clean comfortable, Parking is a hassle and $15 per night. have to park at another lot in back.

The appearance of the hotel was very nice and the employees hospitality was nice as well however when my friend and I went to the bar downstairs in the lobby the bartender had us eating for about 15 minutes before he even acknowledge we were there and on top of that he did not get our order correct
