Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles Airport

I loved the location of the hotel and the staff and valet were great, but my sleep number bed had problems. When I tried to get it fixed, I was assured that the problem would be taken care of, but it never was. Overall, the hotel was really nice and clean, and I would recommend it to a friend.

AC was not working and very noisy in the night.Carpet was also dirty. Hotel staff were supportive. It was not the right deal for us.

This was the last overnight before flying home. There were no amenities in the room & the wifi was slow and unreliable (kept dropping the connetion). The room was well worn but, being on the 11th floor, had a great view of runways 24L & 24R at LAX. We really expected better from the Radisson Marque.

No open parking! The dude handling the car was great! The staff at the front were on point and respectful. That's a plus! I had to drop off some family and was only staying for under half an hour so the head car dude took my car himself and put it on a special spot and not have to pay for parking. Hotel regestration had only one person at the front desk and busy. The reception desk lady was rude yelling over to the lady in front of me as if I was transparent. I don't enjoy someone snapping fingers to get my attention. No signs were posted in plan sight that a yoga convention was taking place. It felt like a mall with a bunch of teens running a muck!

The staff were very helpful, but the rooms needed updating and they woke me up @ 8:30 the day of check-out because the system said I had checked out @ 5:30.

The heater in my room did not work. The next morning they sent the maintenance man to fix it, but he said the system is broke. So the front desk transfer me to another room. Unfortunately the heater did not work in that room either. When I called the front desk, they tried to tell me that it will take 45 minutes for the heater to kick in. I have never heard of that before. Needless to say, nothing happened after 45 minutes. Since it was my last night at the hotel, I just decided to sleep in a semi cold room.

Hotel didn't give us the room key, because some system didn't work, they said. So, whenever we come out and come back to the room, we need the bell man. The hotel seemed not care guests' inconvience. The room doesn't have the refrig. So inconvient...

We went to a convention at the Radisson last weekend and the stay was disappointing. The room heating was not working even when it was set at 86F and cold air blew out all night the first night and we got up with stuffed noses the next morning; We called for service and it was "fixed" promptly. However when we were ready to rest late in the night, the unit was blowing heat. We were so tired so we turned the thermostate down and went to sleep. It blew heat all night long! We got up in the middle of the night and had to turn it off (it was set at 60F). By then the room was so hot it was literally an oven! We complained to the manager and he told us there was nothing he could do. The elevators are worth mentioning here too. There were four elevators but only three were working. For some reason to call for one takes forever - anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes is common. On two occasions we had to take the stairs all the way to and from the 9th floor - good workout I guess. With a large group hungry for lunch in a limited amount of time, the lunch stand was grossly simple and understaffed - two people with some sandwiches and dried-out pizza. Even then they ran out so many times. It could've been a great opportunity for the hotel to make a bunch of quick cash but they did not cash in on that at all. Many walked blocks just to get a quick bite. One positive thing worth mentioning was the house keeping staff - very positive and friendly indeed. We thought that you might want to know the following just as a contrast - We were attending another convention at the Westin at LAX a few month ago. When we went to check in, their computer system apparently was down and just came up. A few customers including us were waiting in line. Shortly the manager appeared and explained to us what had happened and apogized for the delay. A minute later a hotel staff came out with a cart full of cold drinks and fruits. A couple of minutes later the manager reappeared - this time offering free future stay vouchers for the inconvenience... Well, you get the picture.
