Not Stellar by Starlight
Less than stellar
They have free wireless that required tech support to use (they had to add a static IP to their list). I had an issue with the toilet which was fixed the day I went down to the front desk to inquire. However my room never got made up that day and I made another trip to the front desk for coffee. I found the Sleep Number bed uncomfortable and would have preferred a conventional bed. I also learned on this trip that valet parking can be inconvenient and one morning they apparently lost my car, which delayed my getting to my destination that morning. The staff was always pleasant and tried to get things fixed, but my stay was filled with small annoyances.

Good hotel for a few days
Good hotel but room was too old. They also forgot to provide a floor towel. In general the hotel is nice, a very food thing - they have own shuttle running every 15 minutes at/from the airport. I booked a flight+the hotel so it was not expensive but I would not book this hotel next time.

Great Hotel
This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice and was very spacious. The only thing was that the bed was kinda hard, but other then that hotel was great.

Good place to stay
It is a convenience place to stay and a hotel has a great car rental service at a lowest rate . Next trip i will definitely stay there.

Great staff and great location
The location at the airport made it easy to find and handy to get back to the airport to catch an early flight. The staff was most helpful in meeting all my questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel for the price.
Very friendly an helpful staff. I would return based on the customer service. The hotel is nice and its clean. The bathrooms were a little dated, but the beds were terrible. They have stud sleep number beds which are expensive, but the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on and the sheets were itchy and cheap feeling. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location to get to the airport. The wake up calls I'd requested on both mornings never happened. I mentioned the first one and was assured that the second one was entered. I never got the second one. Likely it's the phone in the room, but the staff didn't know how or did not bother to troubleshoot beyond reassuring me that the next one was set.
