Decent Hotel
The location of this hotel was perfect for us during New Years weekend. We had laker tickets and this hotel was right up the street so that worked out perfectly for us. The location is also close to some great downtown restaurants and attractions. This hotel is not luxurious but certainly had everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean. I got a good work out at the mini gym and soaked in the jacuzzi afterwards. Would of been nice to have some kind of continental breakfast instead of just apples and granola bars. Parking is $15 per day. I would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay
The staff is wonderful and the room is nice and comfortable just what was needed when I was in LA. The location was perfect for my needs and it was central to all my meetings. The only negative was the 15 dollar a night parking fee. That seemed excessive since even public parking lots were 7 dollars a day...would like Radisson to adjust those rates.

OK -- ONLY attraction is location at USC
I was visiting my son at USC. The hotel was in the middle of some summertime improvements. Noisy -- for that reason, but also because it's, well...a little noisy. Plus my first room had a flood around the A/C unit -- the carpet was soaked in a diameter of approx 5 feet. They switched me immediately and the room was fine. But overall...just OK. The restaurant next door was quite good, however. Gym OK -- CV plus a few loose weights. Staff pleasant enough. Elevator interiors were beat up -- unfortunate, since that's truly a first impression.

Nice Hotel and good service
In downtown Los Angeles for a Amime Convention, reserved 2 nights at the Radisson - nice hotel, good front desk service and quiet rooms. Great location if you are visiting the convention center or USC. Only two negative things - restaurants aren't open on Sundays and they don't have in room movies (they do have a large selection of cable stations).

Great location though a bit pricey
I stayed here to visit my daughter at USC and you can't beat the convenience (although you certainly pay for it). Didn't have to rent a car because this hotel is directly across from the campus.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Walking north up Figueroa there is a row of decent fast-food / coffee / frozen yogurt places.

Owned and Operated by USC - Skip It
The first room I was assigned smelled very strong from smoke. The 2nd room had bed bugs. The third room was much better albeit poorly located near the vending machines, elevator and looking out to the dumpsters. The toilet paper make that offered in Europe soft and cushy.
