Excellent room, staff, location, value! Only complaint is we had to keep going out of the hotel to eat since the dining facility was under renovation. Went to CA to attend a conference at the Nokia Live Theater. Hotel was across the street. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel location. Was also able to schedule a half-day tour through the hotel and the folks came to the hotel to pick us up and take us to the tour bus location.

We recently visited the Luxe Hotel in the City Center for purposes of seeing a concert. This was our second stay as guest and we again, were not disappointed. The rooms have all been remodeled and updated and the location is fabulous for planned events at the City Center. As they say, it's all about location, location, location...and the Luxe Hotel is just the place to enjoy yourself.....Great time and can't wait to go back for some more fun and of course, we will be booking again at the Luxe Hotel. Highly recommended.

Close to Staples Center
Staff was pleasant Room was nice and well appointed. Very close to downtown and Staples. I was told not to put anything in refrig or $50 added to bill. This is not good as most hotel have a refrig for just that. My wife got bit by a bed bug even though we had white sheets. Maybe just our bad luck. Would stay again for the convenience and value, but check the bed.

Great location
Went to see Lakers play. Hotel was a block away from Staples center. Had a great room with fantastic view of area. Staff was friendly and efficient. Entire trip was great.

Great Place To Stay!
This hotel is convienently located across the street from LA Live and the Staples Center. There is also lots of great dining all within walking distance. A great, affordable place to stay downtown LA close to a lot of attractions.

Poor coordination between Orbitz and hotel ie: We rerquested two beds for our (3) adults. Holiday Inn said they had no knowledge of this and gave us a king with add'l $15 temp bed.

CLOSE TO STADIUM
I felt that for the price & location of the hotel. we were for the most part satified. we went to see Tina Turner & could just walk from the hotel. the drinks were a little pricey for bad drinks. Otherwise all was well. Need more ventallation in rooms.

Great Experience
The Holiday Inn Los Angeles City Center has an extremly pleasant staff. They were very helpful in dinning recommendations and directions. The parking attendants were extremely nice. We were there for the XGames and had a very enjoyable expereince. There are several large hotel hains in that area, but if visiting again, I would certainly choose the Holiday Inn.
