Not bad - but just average compared to other Intercontinentals

Intercontinental is my preferred hotel when traveling for business. Compared to all others I've been at, this hotel was just... eh. The restaurant was flat out bad. I at three meals there and each was overcooked. i couldn't even cut my appetizer with a knife.... It is a clean, nice hotel, it had nothing that made it special.

Quiet but Issues

Fine, but when I checked in they had TWO Orbitz reservations for me and declined to call Orbitz immediately to cancel one of them. I called instead, Orbitz called them, and then we were fine.

Exceptional Beyond Words

Our accommodations and the quality of care we received were outstanding. We flew 3,000 miles to help with last minute details and to attend our daughters wedding in Beverly Hills. The staff at the Intercontinental saw to all of our needs so we could concentrate on our beautiful daughter and our new son-in-law. Highly recommended and we look forward to going back again.

Wonderful stay, wonderful staff/room

The hotel was beautiful, the room was incredibly spacious, and the service was impeccably professional and prompt. An ideal business hotel, though it would be lovely on vacation as well, but the location makes it feel less like a resort and more like a really luxurious place to stay on business.

HOSPITALITY IS FABULOUS

The service at this hotel is impeccable. The only issue I have is with the mattress in my room. I had to completely make the bed over; there was a poor quality mattress with a mattress pad attached to it. The sheets and the padding were dingy and old. Please buy new mattresses. The location was perfect.. just room upgrades I would suggest. also offer cushions for your patio furniture
