Only two minor things
Hotel is great. This was my third stay there and the location was totally suitable for my needs. Only two suggestions to make it better: 1. Improve the elevator service. There are only two and both are far too slow. At times I, and other guests, were concerned about being stuck inside due to it being so slow to open its doors. 2. Improve sustainability. Do not need towel and toiletry changes every single day. When I declined maid service (by leaving the "do not disturb" sign on my door), the housekeepers proceeded to call me every single day, often waking me up. That was an unnecessary annoyance.

Adequate
Friendly, helpful staff. All of the usual amenities needed (on time shuttle, computer with printer.) Tasty breakfast with many choices. But, it felt like an old motel that was painted, re-carpeted with some bathroom renovation. I have stayed in nicer facilities at about the same price in that area. So it was adequate, not fancy.

Happy New Year
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Very helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms & perfect location for our needs. Nice lobby area, even a little gift shop!

Don't be scared.
I really enjoyed my stay here. To make your stay a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 like mine let the hotel know when you're arriving at the airport so that the shuttle picks you up. They say he comes around every 30 minutes but I waited 1.5 hours! When I called the hotel he came straight away. The hotel shuttle will take you to the airport or bus station as often as you like for easy connection to buses to the beaches and Hollywood. Breakfast is a bonus- it's not overly exciting but it's a great incentive to stay here.

There's a 7 eleven around the corner from the hotel (2 mins walk) for snacks and sizzler as well as a small group of shops ie; a salon, donut shop and a little restaurant!

GREAT VALUE!
Stayed friday thru sunday, its in a perfect location its very close to LAX airport, close to hollywood , freeway is very close buy. Shopping near! This holiday in is awsome, full breakfast (free). there is a sizzlers right next to hotel. Great value!

Great Fly & Park Package
We chose the Holiday Inn Express for its convenient location to LAX. We find the hotel to be clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast buffet very good! The Fly & Park package they offer is reasonable and we like knowing our car is under cover and safe while we are away. The shuttle service to and from LAX is timely and convenient, which makes our travel easy and care free. We will continue to choose Holiday Inn Express, when we fly from Lax, for all the above reasons. Again, the complimentary breakfast is a big plus when catching an early fllight.

LAX Hotel
Hotel was nice and clean staff was pleasent. We came in late and left fairly early so we did not spend much time there. The breakfast bar was extremely crowded. They had it laid out so that everything was not all in one tiny section but it was still crowded. The hotel was quiet given its proximity to the airport. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Lax Hotel
Good place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast bar was quite crowded but laid out well so not everyone was bucnhed together. Overall a good place to stay for the price and proximity to the airport.
