The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, bar none
Where to begin... The room was the size of a shoebox. The room was dirty. The linens were stained. The carpet was worn out. We had cockroaches in the room and they couldn't even find a staff member to help with the problem. The water in the faucet and in the shower were barely warm and ran at a trickle. And this was in our second room, after the first room was even worse.

Business Trip
Very old and dirty Hotel. Needs a total makeover. We rent 7 rooms for 3 nights and left after the first day. The location is not great. You still need a Taxi to get anywhere.

Great value for money.
I had to take my son for some event in downtown LA last weekend. We just needed a place to sleep. So I decided that he and I can stay at this hotel that's just walking distance from there. It was a good find - definitely good value for money. I was prepared to try for one night and move out if it's bad. But I stayed there 3 nights. Everything including draperies, beds, comforters at this hotel are very old. However, they are CLEAN. I was really pleasantly surprised by that. And there are no smells which is common for old places like this. Overall, if I am on personal business (not getting reimbursed :) ) and not for fun, I will stay here again.

Nice Hotel
This hotel is really nice and inexpensive. Only problem is the shower was very small and water barely came out of the shower head. Also the 1 queen bed was realy two twins pushed together. Good service though, only stayed one night.

mayfair hotel
The hotel has very cool art work we stayed one night, so there is much we didn't try. The room was somewhat small, but the view was really awesome. I was hoping for a tub, but there was only a shower. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It has some great mexican bakeries walking distance from the hotel and very close to other restaurants. Great experience for the price :)
