Location Location But Bit Tired
Big hotel close to LAX with plenty of parking underground. It was very busy with conferences but the coffee shop was nevertheless pretty good. Snappy service & wide ranging menu. After negotiating the miles of aisles and tired old carpet we made it to our room which was equally tired but a good size with a surprisingly small bathroom that didn't seem to match. There was a tear in in one of the sheets - never a good look. We were too tired to bother complaining. The room was nice and quiet with a courtyard outlook, but we weren't unhappy to leave. Great location though, which suited us, and which it shares with several of the other big brands. Could do with an update/room refresh but probably does ok as it is. Overall - ok.

Visit to LA
Hotel was great. Only disappointment was the cost of parking at the hotel was an additional $25 per day, which wasn't expected. Otherwise, hotel was clean - staff was very friendly.

stay in the new section
our stay went well. I am allergic to dogs and smoke. I had to change rooms b/c although they say the hotel is non smoking except the 3rd floor my 4th floor original room was pretty smokey smelling. Dogs were barking, ac vent was very loud and they construction work woke us up. After the room change they waived one of our $25 a day parking charges. New rooms are ok, lobby is nicer then the rooms. I got a good deal on the room so it was ok, but not worth the full price, especially since its a Hilton.

Great Overall Value. Valet Parking service is slow.
I am a frequent Hilton user, and this stay was also very enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel checking me in very early at 7 am based on availability, I was able to shower, change into my suit, and head off to my first meeting. Thank you very much, Hitlon! Parking rates had gone up, but acceptable since airport area. One recommendation is that valet service needs to speed up as I had to wait 30 minutes on 2 occassions of the 3 different times that I requested for the car. Luckily, I plan these factors into my schedule and did not miss my flight.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
VIP Tours is right around the corner. Other tours may be cheaper but you spend more time getting to the centralized office; up to 2 hours prior and 2 hours after. VIP Tours cost a little more but you significantly save on time.

Excellent location and very nice staff
I stayed at the LAX Hilton four nights during a business trip/Spring Break. Great location for easy access to highways. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside, but you would experience this at any airport hotel, is there is a giant plane that takes off at 5am every morning.

very small rooms
Rooms were very small, bathroom was very small. The linens were dingy. There was no fridge and you had to pay for wi-fi. The staff was extremely nice but overall I would not stay there again.
