Overall the cleanliness of the room was amazing, but that is where the praise stops. The staff didn't make eye contact and ... were very short. The parking fees were outrageous not to have covered parking. Not to mention that it was raining and the closest spots to the hotel have poor drainage so we had to trek through 2 to 3 inches of water. There also is no defined area to walk from the parking lot to the front door so you have to contend with traffic and hope that the drivers yield to you. I will not be staying here again.

It's the Sheraton in name only

The parking is difficult to figure out because they share a lot with a rental car company. Once you do figure it out you ... realize you have to pay an additional $17.50 for parking, which I don't remember seeing at the time of booking. Also, the rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms have cracks in the walls, wallpaper ripping and stains on the sinks and floors. The carpet in the room appeared to be stained as well. I was very disappointed with the room considering it's supposed to be of the Sheraton hotel line. It was a Sheraton in name only. I was glad that we were only staying overnight and would be catching a very early flight in the morning.

Unbeatable price and location

We went to Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal city, Manhattan, Rododo and Malibu beaches. Freeways were right at the hotel so ... it was easy to go anywhere. we will stay at this location moving forward. staying at the airport allows you to be relaxed the night before coming home as the rental car returns are at a walking distance.

We checked into the hotel after a long international flight. We were able to check in even though it was early morning. Our ... room was clean, the pool was very nice. Both room service and service in the restaurant were top notch. The food was well prepared. We found the shuttle service to and from the airport convenient. "4 Stars" is a Dump!!

Check in was fine, and the location is convenient to LAX. However, the place is a dump. Carpet stains are EVERYWHERE in the ... hallways and room, and even the chairs had really gross stains all over them. [...] I would be absolutely horrified to bring my famly here.

Low rate but property long in the tooth

The rate was great and the location right at the airport. Although some of the hotel has been updated, most has not. It looks ... as though they let this property slide way past the point it should have been done. Like years. I can't believe Sheraton actually keeps there name on the place. It lowers the entire brand name, just like what happened to Holiday Inn when they let so many of their sites deteriorate.

Our stay was just a sleep-over as we left LAX after midnight. It was very convenient to have the 24-hour free shuttle to the ... near-by hotel and a desk clerk to serve us at 1 A.M. getting us right to our very well-appointed and clean room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and fairly priced and much appreciated after 10 days out of the country.

We stayed at Four Points because we had an overnight layover in LA. The hotel was super quiet and everyone was very friendly. ... We were able to walk 20 minutes to an area where there were several restaurants--we just wanted to stretch our legs after our long flight. The free shuttle service was an added bonus because the next morning we had to be back to LAX by 5:00 a.m. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We just needed a decent place for one night to catch an early flight at LAX. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The ... lobby was nice and the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicer than we expected. Free wireless Internet in the room was nice. The shuttle came on time at 4 AM and the driver was even helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again.

This place is so close Los Angeles International Airport. There is a free shuttle which runs every 10 minutes or so, and will have you from LAX to the hotel in 5 minutes.
