We checked into the hotel after a long international flight. We were able to check in even though it was early morning. Our ... room was clean, the pool was very nice. Both room service and service in the restaurant were top notch. The food was well prepared. We found the shuttle service to and from the airport convenient. The only downside was the noise of planes overhead

"4 Stars" is a Dump!!

Check in was fine, and the location is convenient to LAX. However, the place is a dump. Carpet stains are EVERYWHERE in the ... hallways and room, and even the chairs had really gross stains all over them. [...] I would be absolutely horrified to bring my famly here.

Low rate but property long in the tooth

The rate was great and the location right at the airport. Although some of the hotel has been updated, most has not. It looks ... as though they let this property slide way past the point it should have been done. Like years. I can't believe Sheraton actually keeps there name on the place. It lowers the entire brand name, just like what happened to Holiday Inn when they let so many of their sites deteriorate.

Very convenient to LAX

Our stay was just a sleep-over as we left LAX after midnight. It was very convenient to have the 24-hour free shuttle to the ... near-by hotel and a desk clerk to serve us at 1 A.M. getting us right to our very well-appointed and clean room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and fairly priced and much appreciated after 10 days out of the country.

We stayed at Four Points because we had an overnight layover in LA. The hotel was super quiet and everyone was very friendly. ... We were able to walk 20 minutes to an area where there were several restaurants--we just wanted to stretch our legs after our long flight. The free shuttle service was an added bonus because the next morning we had to be back to LAX by 5:00 a.m. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We just needed a decent place for one night to catch an early flight at LAX. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The ... lobby was nice and the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicer than we expected. Free wireless Internet in the room was nice. The shuttle came on time at 4 AM and the driver was even helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again.

I was staying one night for my meeting in Downtown LA the next day. Besides the parking fee, everything about the hotel was ... decent. I appreciated having an iron and ironing board to iron my suit with in the room. It was nice to have a coffee maker, complimentary coffee pods and tea bag in the room, with a bottle of water. The alarm radio was old fashioned, so I couldn't plug in my music player.

This place is so close Los Angeles International Airport. There is a free shuttle which runs every 10 minutes or so, and will have you from LAX to the hotel in 5 minutes.

Budget rent-a-car is just across the street!!! And the airport terminal on just 5 minutes!!! When the quality of service is good and the price is reasonable, there is simply nothing more to ask for!

Ate dinner in the bar, after 12 hour flight from New Zealand. Thought would have different menu than hotel's restaurant but ended up as same menu. Bartender brought us chips & salsa (we thought were complimentary); when we got our bill we were charged. Nominal pricing, however the point of him NOT informing us that there was a charge for them is deceitful. In morning had a great breakfast at restaurant; had great breakfast buffet.
