The room was clean and neat. The bed just as well had been on the floor it was so low to the floor. The restaurant was something out of a worst possible situation book. We asked for a Pinot Noir or a Zinfendal and the waiter (???) brought us a chardonay and a rose'. We decided not to eat there and went across the street to a terrific Italian restaurant. I'll not be staying there again.

Didn't honor the [...] reservation
I was told when I checked in that they didn't have to honor my reservation with [...] and that they had a room for me with only one bed (I had requested 2 double beds) I had to take it because I needed to move my daughter out of her dorm). Very disappointing. I don't know if its the hotel's fault or [...].

Great hotel for its price
This hotel gets my seal of approval! Theres a great value here. the rooms are huge, TV is huge, bed is huge! bathroom is huge and all is huge! for a budget price. The bed is the best bed Ive ever laid in. The hotel is located in a safe middleclass neighbourhood not too far away from venice beach and santa monica. If you dont drive (like me, which is a bad idea in L.A), theres a bus stop right outside the hotel. The bathroom was the only thing I was a little dissapointed with; undetatchable shower head with a weak waterstream, cold floors and a very worn out bathtub. but you get more than what you pay for in the main room so it evens out. The hotel gets pretty noisy in the weekends so I would recommend bringing some earplugs in case you get some noisy party people in the next room like I did. The only thing that would make the room perfect would be a microwave oven!

Theres not much as of dining close by unless you like fastfood. there is a taco bell/KFC co-joined restaurant right across the street, and a dominos a little further down the street. There is a Ralphs convenience store right by the hotel, so getting something to eat thats not junk to bring back is always an option.

Location Convenient to Airport & LMU
I was traveling to attend my cousin's graduation from Loyola Marymount, and the location of the hotel was very convenient for this. It's within walking distance of the university and also very close to LAX. The layout of the rooms was a bit strange, but that seem like what they were going for.

Average at best
hotel staff was for the most part helpful I was not given my complimentary breakfast coupon upon checkin and later when I inquired I was asked to produce paperwork to verify which i did and was given the coupon for by the way was not a free breakfast but a 10 buck voucher so my free breakfast was 12 dollars, so the room was ok but stepped on a piece of candy left behind from someone the tub had pealing glazing which looked very tacky not a nice look the parking and finding the entrance to this hotel is a joke no signs to follow I would not reccomed a stay here look elsewhere

Great Location, Super Price
Very good service from the staff and the room was very quiet, comfortable, and a great value. The location is close to a number of restaurants and stores. Had supper one night in the restaurant, food was good, but service was a little slow. Proximity to the airport was great, less than 5 minutes.
