Decent price and value
Location is good, not great. Had a King Suite for my family of 5. Big and spaceous room. Reception Staff helpful, but could and should try harder. Self parking is 22 per day. Not a bargain. Overall good experience. Will definately stay here again.

Near one of the main streets so location was a plus. However you need a GPS no matter where you stay in LA.

Berverly Hills & Rodea Drive shopping are very close. If you want a regular mall. Just 10 minutes a way on Overland is a full mall. Shoppers Dream location :->

Crowne Plaza - Israel in LA
We always stay at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills. The staff is friendly and the hotel is ideally located to the best Kosher Restaurants and markets in Los Angeles. You can even get take out and bring it to your room if you like! We will definitely be back.

A lack of staff throughout the premises did not provide the service expected. Restaurant and Concierge were disappointing. Hotel is located several km away from most shops restaurants and other activities.

Not very pleased
We were not very happy with this hotel. They seemed understaffed and we waited for service almost constantly. There was virtually no hot water for any shower we took during our 3 day stay. There was some issue with the phones that every hour on the hour throughout the entire night the phone rang.

Hotel seemed old and dated. The bathroom looked as if they converted a cupboard into a bathroom. The airconditioner was extremeley noisy and being on the floor next to the bed did not make for a good night sleep. The food in the restaurant was below standard.

Lovely large room, however the
Lovely large room, however the bathroom was a bit on the small size. Located in a nice safe, quiet area with easy access to the sights of Hollywood!

Crown Plaza Cool
The front desk offered fast easy service. The only thing I would have liked is if the resturant stayed open later. My son really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would chose this hotel again.
