Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Century Boulevard

Big Room, Comfy bed and pillows, nice staff. Very close to LAX. One negative thing is there is no guest parking, just valet.

Everything is clean and updated. You're not goint to find anything flashy, but the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There's a nice lounge with a very friendly staff. If you need something reasonably priced this is a good value

The courtyard was clean and convenient to the airport.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. Not knowing the area well, it was a little further from downtown LA than we would have liked, but it was close to the airport which was OK. Our room was perfectly clean and the staff was very gracious. We were always greeted with a friendly "Good Afternoon/Evening" and a "Thank You for staying" every time we walked into the lobby. Free Wi-Fi was another plus and you can print for free. Of course paying for parking is a drawback but every hotel I looked at had a fee. The valet was nice and we never had to wait for our car. A few times we saw where it was parked, and offered to get it ourselves, and the valet handed over the keys. I do wish the hotel would have offered a complimentary breakfast and a sit down restaurant. But overall, I'd stay here again if my point of interest was nearby, rather than 20-30 min away.

This Hotel's location and amenities were perfect. Beds were especially comfortable.

Every single employee was very helpful, we asked for different types of attractions to go see, and they all pointed us in the right direction. The hotel was very clean and has a nice bar area. The only thing I did not like was that if you drive there you have to valley your car and they charge extra for it. But over all I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room cleanliness and condition was perfect. Spacious rooms with new decor was a pleasant surprise. However upon reaching the hotel I was immediately discouraged by the parking attendant telling me that a $20 charge per day was mandatory. No self parking is available at this hotel. Even though the hotel was is great condition I will never stay here again. It's a shame when parking a car is 30% of the bill.

Bellhop, Miguel, was terrific. Staff at the front desk could do less talking amongst themselves, and tend to the customers. Lady at the Coffee Shops tried to give me change for a $20, when I gave her a $100 bill, and forgot to fully complete the order---no utensils, no soda pop that I paid for..

room decor was the first thing that caught my eye...VERY PRETTY DECOR...from wall paper to tile in bathroom. 2nd thing that was very much appreciated...cleanliness. The one thing that I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS THE MANDATORY VALET PARKING FEE OF 16.00 PER NIGHT. PATRONS SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO AVOID THIS FEE. ALSO THE 3.50 WATER BOTTLE CHARGE IN THE ROOM IS A BIT MUCH....THIS IS OPTIONAL FOR PATRONS TO PURCHASE, BUT AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL...IT'S WATER...COME ON!
