Americas Best Value Inn

The neighborhood is scary first off! The whole exterior is disgutting. The interior is Disgusting, Gross, Filthy! Is there no Health code in LA? The lounge chair was dirty with a huge Wet Stain in the sitting area, dirty all the way to the bottom; almost as though it may have come from the dumpster. The bed spread felt dirty. The bathroom was gross! The mirrors were rusty and needs to be replaced, the shower caulking was moldy! You couldn't kick your shoes off to relax. The wi-fi didn't work! Two Thumbs Down-NO STAR RATING! Never again would I stay here!

It must have been a bad day for this hotel getaway (not even close- if thats what you want to call it). As I was walking out the door, I heard gun shots as though it was right outside my door. Then a 2 hours later, there was a fight in the parking lot. A man slashed someones tires. There were cops back and forth that night.. Just awful, unpleasant.

there was a mix up with the reservation, the manager was so rude i cried. all he wanted to say was thats your problem not mine, he was very mean and nasty.

I was going to the staples center for a concert very close to venue. some rooms have jacuzzi baths in room which would have been nice.

When I arrived the walls were full of graffiti and th refrig nor the Wifi they advertised was working. I callled the Wifi provider and was told that the hotel did not have internet because they did not pay their bill. the room was dirty and when I asked for my money back, the rude "smellly" staff told me I had to go through Orbit and I never got a refund,although I never stayed at the hotel.

Walls are very thin and can hear people when they walk down stairs but hotel was gated and I felt that my car would be safe

Really bad and unsafe area and do not recommend staying here. We were offered everything you can imagine when walking to this hotel and we were being harrassed. Someone had to intervene to help us. We left after one night. I am surprised hotels in this area are being offered for tourists.

The staff there are rude, and they dont accommodate their guest at all, its more like, 'you booked us, sucks to be you now deal with it'... He will talk back to you if you tell him somethings wrong with your room.. And all thats cool, but by far the Worst thing about it was GROSS rooms, im a light sleeper so if something keeps biting me at night i will wake up, there where bed bugs all over my pillow and on the bed... Be aware, bc when i toll my friends they slept right through it, so did the neighbors.. I collected a few and took them to the front desk and he just started to cuz me out... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! unless you want lice and bed bugs on you..
