Seaport Marina Hotel

I booked the room for my visiting grandsons. The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel is so old and badly in need of renovation. It's in a perfect location with a nice balcony & view of the marina but it's so old and run down. The hotel is supposed to be no smoking but it smelled of stale old cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was broken and one of the boys got stuck in there. It really needs lots of attention.

Nice hotel staff and good looking lobby. That is it. Room was a nice size but definitley needs renovations! The room had a stuffy odor and so did the bedding. The shower had cracks in the tile and the lighting was dull. Where the air conditioner unit was mounted in the wall, I could see all the way outside on each side of it because it was not properly sealed. Hotel has lots of potential if they would just fix it up.

Was out visiting family until 3 pm on the second day and no room service had come. Had to ask at the front desk for new towels and more coffee. Hotel and parking lot looked run down and old. No fridge or microwave in room. Looks like they will be remodeling it soon-sure needs it!

The room where I stayed overlooking Marina is not renovated. Bathroom tiles are broken; Counters are too low for adults; TV is functional but old (Apex? Never heard of this name). Parking lot needs re-paving. It is more like a Motel. Bathroom is crampy and old style. Deceived by the picture on the website showing backside of hotel/motel. On positive side: - In-room Coffee (hope they added a tea bag) - Lights, TV, Drapes and Locks functional - Towels, Sheets and stuff appear to be clean

Hotel had friendly staff, Hotel located in a Convenient Location. Close to Diffrent Beaches and has a Theaters Close by along with Shopping Centers. Hotel Staff really nice when checking in allows you to petition little Detail like wanting to face twords the Ocean on the balcony. However I feel the room was not very clean. It smelled when we got there but it went away after we opened the Widows, the bathroom had some areas that looked Rusty and Oxidated, We had to petition some of our amenities which was included in their hotel overview like Iron, Ironing Board, Blow Dryer. Other than that the expirience was nice, defenetly do it again this time however i would carry my own items and extra pair of Sandles to shower in the shower was dirty. The location however was at a great location so as long as your planing to be out and about I would recomend people to stay here.

I would stay somewhere else, not a good choice unless you only need the room for an hour, if you know what I mean!!

1. This is the second time I have trusted Orbitz and the second time - what was promised was not delivered. 2. The room was not renovated and didn't make you feel safe. 3. The amenities that were listed were not in the room; I was told they would be upgrades and more money. 4. The staff was very nice.

The pictures of hotel are severly misrepresented. I arrived and hotel looked like it was abandoned, rooms were no better. I would never recommend anyone to stayhere. Orbitz should not even promote this hotel as it diminishes my confidence in what ORBITZ promotes on their website

The hotel itself is very old. There are NO restaurants,no bar,and the hotel has not been renovated. There are 10 rooms out of 203 that have been renovated, Unfortunately I wasn't the lucky one. Whats the deal with people living there? Very scarey. Ware shoes at all times. The carpet is filthy. I must say the only thing they have together is the staff. Everyone was kind and curtious. The location is great, walk to everything.
